Casidee's POV  "Are you sleepy?" Tyrone asked me while he's busy maneuvering my motorcycle. We're now heading home from the orphanage. Tyrone insisted that he'll be the one to drive. "A little." I whispered then a yawn unexpectedly escaped from my mouth. "Hug me tight then lean on my back." He commanded. I just found myself obliging him. "Wake me if ever *yawn* we're on the Royals Subdivision already." I mumbled before I closed my eyes and finally drifted to sleep.   Fastforward... Wait. Am I floating? Slowly I opened my eyes and a smiling Tyrone is what I first saw. Didn't I told him to wake me up? He's now lifting me like I'm his bride. Stubborn indeed! -.- "We're here at your house." I felt shy that's why I ordered him to immediately put me down. Damn, why does my heart's beating wildly again? When I stood properly I saw my parents, Mom and Dad chatting near the doorway. My mood immediately changed. "Where did you go Casidee? It's almost midnight and you went home just now?" Dad asked me emotionless. "And who's this guy behind you? Is he your boyfriend?" My Mom interrupted. "I'll explain everything inside." I coldly said walking in between them. I dragged Tyrone with me. "What's your name young man?" Dad asked Tyrone using his cold yet very intimidating voice.  Cold meets cold. "I'm Tyrone Ice Flivier, Sir. And I'm Casidee's friend." I saw Mom lifting her one brow. It's as if she's not convinced. Tss. "Friend huh." She mumbled accusingly that's why Tyrone looked at her. "Well Ma'am I admit that I like her. I like Casidee. But apparently I'm just starting to get closer to her." I was stunned for a moment. He's the only one who can manage to render me this speechless. He's one of the crazy lads indeed hiding from a cold personality. I've thrown a deathly glare to him.  "Mom and Dad he's just joking. He just love teasing me hahaha." I nervously explained, faking a laugh. But then, after a few second my father let out a hearty laugh too. What? Is he suddenly possessed by a bad spirit? "Young man you amazed me. You have the guts to tell us your feelings towards my daughter. Come on let's talk in our garden!" Damn, they didn't even bother hearing my explanation. "I want him for you Casidee." My Mom said before heading to the kitchen. And here I am left alone in our sala.  Haaay life! I stumped my feet as I climbed up the stairs. Tyrone! You liar!   Fastforward... Yawn. Stretch. Stretch. Another day for me. But when I looked at the clock on my bedroom's wall… O.o Gosh! It's already 11 am. But good thing that it's Saturday today. When I headed to our kitchen I get shocked because Mom is there together with Dad. Is there a miracle? Why are they still here? I thought they already left. "Come on Casidee, let's eat lunch." Mom invited me while putting a lot of plates on the table. Despite feeling awkward and confused I obliged what she said. I sat right beside her. "Let's wait for our visitors." Visitors? Not only one but many. We waited for a while before we heard steps coming our way. O.~ ~.O O.O Oh, gosh! I blink and blink. Are my eyes playing games with me? Why is Tyrone here together with his parents? "Come join us Iho. Pare! Mare!" They slowly went near us. Tyrone immediately sat beside me while his gorgeous Mom and very handsome Dad chose to sit right in front of us. "Long time no see Kumpadre. How's El Flivier?" Daddy eagerly asked Tyrone's Dad. Huh they knew each other? Obviously. "With the help of Tyrone, my son..well our company is still on its best state." Like my Dad he's also exuding an intimidating aura. "Kumare is this Casidee? Oh My God, the last time I saw her she's just too little but now I must say that she had grown too well. You have a very beautiful daughter." Tyrone's Mom said while smiling at me. "Well of course she inherited it from me? Hahaha come on let's eat lunch." Mom said playfully. Despite getting conscious and unaware of my surroundings I just pushed myself to eat. I'm very hungry! The guy sitting beside me is in his usual self. Cold and silent. While eating, Dad slowly started speaking. "Lorenzo do you still remember our deal?" Daddy asked Tyrone's Dad. "Of course Kumpadre. So when is the wedding?" My spoon filled with food left hanging on the air. Curious eh. "After they graduate." Mom said while smiling widely. "Who will get married?" I asked curiously. All of their attention diverted to me. "Iha..we are talking about your wedding." Tita Melody, Tyrone's Mother, calmly answered me. "Huh..wedding? When will it happen? Eh I don't even have a boyfriend right now." Me getting married? Naaaah! No freaking way. "Yes Casidee, after you and Tyrone graduate, you'll be married. Both of you will live in the same roof." My jaw almost drop on the floor because of the words coming from my Mother's mouth. When I gained my composure, I immediately stood up and excuse myself. I just lost my appetite. A long sigh escaped my mouth. Do they still have to interfere even with my lovelife? When I reached my room, I opened the glass door and headed to the veranda. I spaced out and the conversation earlier kept repeating on my mind. I will be married to someone who's a complete stranger to me. I stilled when I felt someone embracing me from behind. I didn't even bother asking because I already distinguished who it is based from its manly perfume.  "I'm sorry." He mumbled sincerely. I tried removing his arms yet he embraced me more tightly than before. "Hush stay still." He whispered earning a gasp from me. My heart beats in fury again. "I'm sorry Casidee. Way back then my Dad told me that he and your father had a deal when they we're younger. That's why they want us to get married after we graduated in college." Silence enveloped the two of us.   After a few minutes... "Cas let me tell you a story." He said while still hugging me from behind. "There's a boy who's cold to everyone, even to his parents. One time their family got invited into a birthday party. Party of the only daughter of his Dad's best friend. Even though the boy don't want to attend that party he was left with no choice but to come with his parents. But apparently the mood of the boy changed the moment he laid his eyes on the birthday celebrant. The boy was enchant by her beauty. He found the girl really pretty. He even became her secret admirer and stalker. Then one day, he suddenly realized that he had fallen in love with the girl. To the point that he threatened every guy who dare confessed on her. Unfortunately when the boy reached senior high school, his family needed to migrate to U.S. for their company that's why he was left with no choice but to leave her beloved girl. The boy just made a promise to himself that when he return, he'll finished his studies in the Philippines and he will look for the girl he truly love." I listened eagerly to his story. That's the longest thing I've heard from him. "Do you want to know who the boy is?" Tyrone suddenly asked. Because of curiosity I nodded my head. He sighed. "The boy is me." I immediately removed his embrace, faced and looked at him intently. I have so many questions yet they remained unsaid because I'm scared to voice them out. Another silence engulfed the two of us. I rolled my eyes when I realized something. He already love someone else yet he still agreed marrying me. Gosh..what am I? A villain to their own love story. "Leave." The only word I manage to say. I kinda felt angry and disappointed. But Tyrone just remained still. He's standing in front of me while trying to catch my eyes. He stepped closer then afterwards held my hands. He looked at me straight in the eyes. "Do you wanna know, who the girl I had fallen in love with is?" I remained silent. I let go of a long sigh before I decided to speak. "W-who?" Why am I even stammering? He smiled genuinely, locked me in his embrace and planted a small kiss on the top of my head. "The girl I love is no other than you."
