After making out and claiming her, Kim stirs awake to Lucas speaking to his beta.
Lucas Parker had a little time to talk with the Beta of his pack, he tried regulating his breath as much as he can, at the end, he dismissed him to go along with his duties.
Walking towards the couch, he senses the young lady go limp on the couch.
"What is it?" he calls out fraily at her.
"Nothing," he replies insanely.
"Okay," he mouths, walking away to the room.
Kim knows something is wrong, what she can't picture out is what is the matter, she has seen Lucas, he had told her that she was his mate, what does that even mean?" she asks her eyes going rim.
Whatever his guy had told him wasn't pleasant, and that had no doubt riled his spirits up, he feels so f*****g annoyed in every form of it.
