Kimberly stirs up and blocks severally when millions of light shines in her eyes. She doesn't know where she is but the beeping sound of a machine close to her head is so annoying. "Turn it off, please," she begs. "Kimberly?" she hears a familiar voice calls out to her, opening her eyes, she looks at the man. It takes only seconds for her brain to register the face. "Lucas," she breathes out. Lucas looks pale, his eyes looks like he is tired and sleep deprived. Kim's face contorts into an angry ball and she jerks forward. Pain shoot through her.
