Chapter 16 : Reaching the city.

'Boom boom boom' the beast continuously punched the formation and it finally broke down with a crisp sound. The old woman's weak body got slammed into a tree. Elea quickly flew into the air and brought her beside Ray.

Ray walked toward the beast leisurely, slow breezes brushed past his hairs, making them dance in the air. The beast roared again, seeing someone who wasn't afraid but approached it, feeling furious it slashed its huge claw at him. Blood dyed the land red. It wasn't Rays blood though but that beasts blood. Some mysterious power directly cut it into two halves. Elea and the others looked at this scene dumbly. Elea thought that he would use some kind of unique cultivation technic or powerful force but contrary to her expectations nothing flashy happened. He just walked infront of the beast and it suddenly got cut in two half. His figure became extremely mysterious in her eyes.She sighed in her mind for not being able to see him in action.

'I'm too weak to even glimpse at the power he holds. ' She thought in her heart. She guessed that he might be a ' King ' realm cultivator, because he just killed a great saint beast with zero difficulty so he has to be a ' King'.

Everyone looked at him in astonishment, trace of fear and reverence could be seen in their eyes . They never thought he would be this powerful. Elea gave an order to move as soon as possible because the blood will attract the attention of more beasts.

The old woman looked at Ray with respect, also there was slight fear in her eyes. She felt glad that she hadn't offended him in anyway.

If she did then he might have slapped her to death. Mostly she was in awe of her young lady's vision.

Ray continued his journey, eating and sleeping inside the carriage while Elea took care of his daily necessities. This time no one showed even a trace of dissatisfaction, it was normal for the strong to have more luxury and beauty.

On the way their carriage was attacked by ferocious magic beasts many times, but those guard were plenty enough to take care of it, things weren't much serious as before.

After a few months of journey they finally crosses the huge mountain range. They directed their carriage at the nearest coast city where they could hire flying boats. Cultivators below Great Emperor can't cross the sea without boats, which is very dangerous, because sea monsters can attack at any time.Even for emperors longer period of flying was very taxing.Great Emperor's and gods can open space gates and can go wherever they want. Godkings can directly manipulate the laws of the world to instantly reach wherever and whenever they want. As for a Venerable? He is mighty. A venerable can move unhindered in the world.He can walk over the seas, scare away the gods and devils, which sea monster would dare to attack him? They reached the nearest coast city and found an inn to rest for a few days. Ray didn't had to worry about anything. Elea settled everything about food and money. After a few days of rest they hired a large flying boat, actually it was more like a ship. They got into the ship and waited patiently for it to sail(fly).The ship slowly started sailing into the clear blue sky above the sea. Ray enjoyed the soft breezes sitting in a chair at the deck while Elea made tea for him.

A group of young women and boys with a few elder instructing them, an old couple, a middle aged man with his few guards, there were also many people around them enjoying the sceneries. Few people looked at ray with curious and envious gaze. Those group of young boys and girls looked at him from time to time. Those young men were very envious because they can't taste such treatment in their lifetime. Enjoying the scenery with a beauty serving by your side, waiting for you.What more do you need to enjoy life?

They were spewing fire with their gaze.
