"I am going to choke you to death if you don't answer my question," Amanda said through gritted teeth.
"Go ahead," Ana said, struggling to breathe.
"I know your type, and I know what you are doing," Amanda said and let go of Ana by pushing her backwards.
Ana lost her balance and sat heavily on the floor in front of the bathroom door. Ana wanted to get up but felt a pain in her abdomen. She squeezed her eyes shut with her head lowered and in pain, she gripped the floor. Amanda saw Ana's hand gripping the floor and she knew immediately, that Ana was going through pain but ignored her.
"The next time you stay in bed, I would have my husband fire you," Amanda said and Ana shook her head in a 'no'.
