The rest of the onboarding session was very unpleasant. Kate who earlier was walking Ana through the training session, ensuring she understood everything, now did not care if Ana followed or not.
"That will be all for today. I will see you tomorrow," Kate said, exiting the training room.
It was half an hour past 4 p.m. Ana remained in the training room, unsure what to do next or where to go. Aiden was done and back in his office working on his laptop. Mr Harper was done with a work Aiden tasked him with and was now going around looking for Ana. He didn't ask anyone because he didn't want anyone to know he was looking for the new employee. After moving from department to department, he opened the training room door and found Ana.
