Time heal injuries. It was true but not emotional scars because they are permanent. One of the bullets had hit my blood vessels so my bleeding was severe when I was shot. The next few weeks, I had bandage over my back. One of the bullets was in my spatula, two at the side of my back. My wounds were dressed about three times a day. Antibiotics and pain relievers were administered to me. Bullet wounds are painful and take time to heal. Don’t ever pray for one. It was more discomforting when there were swells around it.
