Chapter Two

The next morning

Y/n was sleep deprived so in other words she was in a mood even more so when she looked for her favourite necklace that her older brother got her before he passed away by the hands of her parents, it was two very expensive stones her birth stone and his birth stone, so the fact that someone had stole it pissed her off she could kill someone.

Y/n tracked it and it showed it was in the library y/n stormed out of her room slamming the door and past Draco.

Draco ran after her to see what happened, y/n kicked the doors open looking for the necklace but when she saw some girl wearing it y/n saw red.

Tom was in the library reading a book when y/n kicked the table trapping the girl in her place y/n “you f*****g rat faced stealing b***h, give me my necklace back,NOW” tom had totally forgotten about his book this was more entertaining then the book.

The girl, “no it’s mine why should i” not a smart answer as y/n grabbed her ponytail y/n “fine I’ll get it back the hard way” y/n lifted her from her spot and dragged the girl over the table by her hair, the girl kicking and yelling “let go of me you b***h” y/n “give me my f*****g necklace and I’ll let you go” the girl refused, y/n let go of the girl she scrambled up onto her feet, y/n “fine” y/n punched the girl square in the nose hard that she stumbled.

Tom had followed enjoying the scene Draco “calm down” y/n glared at him Draco “ok carry on” his voice shaky he took a step back y/n “one more chance give me my necklace or I’ll rip it off of your cold lifeless body” the girl gasped in horror at the threat “you wouldn’t your bluffing” y/n took slow strides towards her, she was now backed up against the stone wall.

Y/n “oh you so sure about that, go ahead then call my bluff” y/n held a knife to her neck pressing it against her skin the girl now crying “ok,ok,ok take it back it’s yours , it’s yours i stole it” y/n ripped it from her neck strong enough to remove it but not break it.

A sigh of relief left y/n, holding the necklace to her chest y/n “this is a warning to everyone touch anything that’s mine, or steal from me I’ll be the last person you ever see again” y/n walked away Draco ran to catch up, draco “ I’m guessing this is a bad time to ask you for something” y/n side eyed him giving him the ‘don’t not now’ look which he clearly understood.

Tom went to the dark arts classroom taking a seat when y/n entered taking a seat next to tom, y/n “can you put this on for me please” tom “no you do it” y/n “ I would but i think I’ve pulled something and i hurt my hand” tom rolled his eyes taking the necklace helping y/n put it on.

Tom “there” there was a scream from the office y/n turned with a big smile on her face the door opened showing Umbridge covered in green slime and bright pink glitter and feathers and a horrible smell came from the office y/n pretended to look shocked.

Umbridge “classes will be cancelled today” her eye twitching y/n and tom left to the common room .

In the common room tom took another book sitting on the sofa near the lit fire y/n sat on the arm of the sofa sliding down, laying her head on tom’s lap. Y/n looked unfazed she closed her eyes tom looked down at her tom “what on earth…” y/n raised her hand pinching his cheeks y/n “shh”. Tom grabbed her hand throwing her hand back tom “what are you doing” y/n “resting I’ve been busy”.

Tom “ can you do that somewhere else” y/n “ you really hate sleep” her eyes still closed. Tom “no i like sleep” y/n “then shhh & sleep” tom “i have classes” y/n sat up facing him with a bored expression y/n “what classes they’ve been cancelled, so get comfortable you ain’t got classes today”.

Y/n went back to resting her head on his lap closing her eyes. Y/n’s hand wrapped tightly around her necklace.

Draco “y/n” y/n “what” she snapped Draco “i need help with my homework” tom reading his book “so your potions partners” Draco “yeah i already told you” y/n “why do you need help” y/n stilll had her eyes closed Draco “potions because your the best of the best please” Draco begged y/n opened one eye tilting her head on tom’s lap, y/n “are you begging”.

Draco “yes, I’m begging so don’t enjoy this” y/n “I’ll think about it” Draco “I’ll tell Snape you disappeared during your punishment” tom and mattheo where watching as y/n sat up resting her hands on tom’s lap. Tom didn’t know how to react y/n “you wouldn’t dare” Draco “oh i would” y/n “well you do that then, but then you’d be telling Snape that you was out of bed after hours now i think that would get yourself into more trouble don’t you think”.

Mattheo “ooh” lestrange was leaning against the fireplace “she’s got you there mate” Draco “ok,ok,ok fine i give but please will you help me please”y/n “at lunch i’m busy after that, now I’m going to sleep I’m tired” lestrange “why what time did you go to sleep last night”. Y/n “late” she disappeared up the stairs.

Mattheo looked at his brother with a knowing look Tom “what” Lestrange, Mattheo & Draco where smiling.Tom “what” he said annoyed Draco “you like her don’t you” his brothers smile grew wider while lestrange his smile disappeared Tom “don’t be stupid I do not like her not even an ounce”. Lestrange let out a sigh of relief hearing the words come from toms mouth, Lestrange “didn’t look like it I mean you let her rest her head on your lap, doesn’t that mean something for you”.

Tom closed his book no expression on his face “for the last and final time I do not like or have any feelings for or towards her so do I make myself clear” Lestrange “loud and clear” Lestrange said with a bright smile which grew bigger if that’s possible when y/n walked down the stairs with a little spring in her step. The girl from earlier came in with her boyfriend, he walked up to y/n”, “you dare to threaten my girl” y/n looked at the girl who was hiding behind her boyfriend with fear in her eyes.

Y/n “it wasn’t a threat I don’t make threats it was a promise” y/n went to leave when the guy grabbed her arm Tom stood from his seat along with Draco. Lestrange well he punched the guy in the face knocking him over.

Lestrange “don’t ever touch her again asshole your girl stole from her” the girl had ran out the common room after y/n . Tom went to Lestrange “go I’ll take care of him”.

Y/n was walking in the empty hallway when someone grabbed her by her hair, Draco and Lestrange followed, y/n swung her leg back kicking whoever had a hold of her hair the person “ouch you b***h”.Y/n turned around “so you want to do this now” the girl “damm right I do, you broke my nose” y/n “ I have things to do, more important things then to deal with your weak ass”.

Y/n went to walk away when the girl ran at her y/n stepped aside making the girl go flying onto the floor face first. Draco “walk away y/n she isn’t worth it”.

Y/n “I’m trying she keeps coming at me” the girl got up jumping onto y/n’s back pushing her forwards the girl turned y/n around but y/n managed to kick her off. Y/n “you asked for it” Y/n threw a punch and another followed by another, Draco tried to grab the girl without being hit Lestrange went to grab y/n. He managed to get a hold of her and pull her off Lestrange “leave her you’ve given her a broken nose and a black eye calm down”.

Y/n “f**k you Austin” y/n got out of his grip Lestrange “gladly” he smirked at her y/n rolled her eyes walking away. Draco “leave y/n alone clearly she’s going to leave a mark”.The girl “I’m never going near her again she’s crazy” the girl ran away Draco looked at Lestrange he knew he liked her, “well go and check on her Austin” Austin followed in the direction y/n went.

Y/n was in the great hall reading when “how’s your hand” y/n “fine Austin” Austin gently took her hand Austin “what’s the big deal about that necklace anyways” y/n “that’s none of your business is it” she had turned to face him Austin “well no but it must be something important if you’ve busted up your hand this badly”.

Y/n “well don’t touch it, it’s sore” y/n pulled her hand back, Austin “let me look I’ll be gentle I promise” y/n rolled her eyes letting Austin look at her hand Tom walked in but stopped when he saw Austin holding her hand looking at it carefully. Tom quietly walked in taking a seat in front of y/n, tom “what happened” y/n “nothing” she pulled her hand away Austin “what happened to umbridge” y/n smiled a little tom raised a brow not saying anything but he knew she did it.

Austin “aren’t you supposed to help Draco with his homework” y/n “yeah but if he doesn’t show then that’s his fault” professor slughorn “tom my boy there you I’ve been looking for you and your friends, I’m having a dinner party this evening your all invited ladies are to wear dresses, gents something smart” he left to find the others.

Draco “y/n how’s your hand” he walked up to the table taking a seat next to y/n, y/n “fine I’ll sort it later” y/n helped Draco with his homework Draco “you are a life saver y/n thank you” Draco went to high-five y/n but she pulled her hand away y/n “no worries anyways I’ve got to get going I’ve got a few things to do” tom “like what” y/n “umm something” y/n had moved so she’s next to Tom, tom took some paper quickly writing something down before slipping it into y/n’s pocket.
