13 I didn’t care that rain slashed down and pelted my visor. I didn’t care that wind snuck through my jeans and froze my thighs. Because it felt like an eternity since I’d had the vibrations of liberation buzzing up my body. After hauling my bike down from the pickup and checking it over, I’d only found a couple of dinks where it’d rested and bumped against the truck bed’s sides. Nothing that couldn’t be polished over.
