I blow out a deep breath. I don’t know why I’m so nervous. Okay, that’s not true because I do know why. It’s because of the Dalgaard’s. Rafe just gave me the abbreviated version of what happened with Draven’s cousin and mates. He said he would tell me everything after the ceremony but didn’t want to go into this without telling me they had been here and what they wanted.
Strangely, I get why they came here. But I also understand why Rafe refused to allow them to meet Nathan. Draven should be the first Dalgaard to meet him.
