CHAPTER TWENTY-EIGHT
Rona and Alex woke up at the same time in the morning. While Alex was getting dressed, Rona decided to stay in bed for some time since she wouldn’t work that day. The kids hadn’t yet woken up. Alex left the house after lightly kissing Rona on the cheek. Rona started turning from one side to the other in bed. What she had heard about Alex the previous day scared her. On one hand there was the miracle that sowed Alex could cure her but on the other hand it was logically impossible for the story told by the Mamul’s to be true.
