CHAPTER EIGHTEEN The rest of the week past and Friday arrived more quickly than usual. Alex had booked a flight ticket to Eilat. Eilat was a holiday city on the Red Sea coast which was the boarderline of Israel to Egypt and Jordan. Generally, people would go to Eilat and then they would pass this boarder on foot or by car and reach the Sinai peninsula. Until recently, these regions were the ones that Israel people loved most and visited most. However, during the last couple of years, when the terorist suicide attacks caused lots of tourists coming from especially European countries and Israel die, this region was no longer a choice for holiday.
