Chapter 3 Welcoming the guests part 1

There was a week untill the her 18th party.
It had been super busy with all the preparations.
Vanessa was super excited.
She looked around at all the fairies at work.
She saw Flora who was dressed in red, talking to Fauna who was in her green outfit, & Merryweather who was in blue.
The 3 good fairies spoke quietly to eachother.
Vanessa looked around.
She saw Knotgrass, Flittle, & Thistlewit hard @ work.
She had always loved fairies & it felt an epic dream come true to her.
She looked around more.
She saw Tinker Bell smiling hard @ work with her friends.
Silvermist, Rosetta, Iridessa, Fawn,
Vidia & Tinker Bell's twin sister Periwinkle.
Vanessa smiled.
She knew everyone from Tinkerbell's home was there.
She spotted Beck, Bobble, Terence, Fairy Mary & Zarina hard at work.
Both the Blue fairy & Queen Clarion went from group to group with their clipboard making sure things were going well.
Nova & Tiger Lilly were also hard at work. Even Fiona also known as the black fairy & all the fairy godmothers were helping out. Vanessa smiled.
All the fairies worked extremely hard but smiled happily.
She walked around greeting everyone & thanking them for the extra help for her birthday.
Maleficent walked up to Vanessa with a happy smile. "Thank you sooo much for inviting me too. Its Vanessa right?"
Vanessa blushed feeling quite shy. "You very welcome Maleficent.
Yes I'm Vanessa."
She smiled."I hope you have fun Maleficent."
Maleficent smiled back.
"I'm sure I will."
Vanessa excused herself as she had to check on everything & everyone with the preparations.
Things were really taking shape.
She smiled excitedly as she spotted more fairies.
Princess Thumbelina & her husband Prince Cornelius flew over to say hello to her.
Cornelius's parents & Thumbelina's in-laws Queen Tabitha & King Colbert
followed as well.
Vanessa noticed a swallow named Jacquimo.
He was a good friend of
Thumbelina's.
Vanessa did a neat curtsey & the others bowed & did a curtsey back.
Vanessa greated everyone with a super happy smile & everyone politely did the same.
"I'm so glad to meet you all". Vanessa said with a warm smile.
They all smiled back. "Its a pleasure to meet u too.", they happily said back.Everyone was happy.
Vanessa spotted some of Periwinkle's friends.
She went go welcome them as they had just arrived.
Lord Milori the leader of the winter side gave her a smile.
"Hello Vanessa." He said.
Vanessa bowed as he was basically a king in the winter woods of the other side of Pixie Hollow.
"Hello Lord Milori. I hope you had a good trip. Its nice to meet you."
He smiled again.
"It went well thank you. Its nice to meet you too. Please excuse me as I must go speak to Queen Clarion." He said. Vanessa nodded & quickly told him were she was. Off he went to speak to her.
The other fairies looked at her with warm smiles. Vanessa smiles.
"He's not much for introductions.
Is he?" Vanessa said.
An older male fairy with white hair & green eyes stepped forward smiling. "Lord Milori is usually very business driven. My name is Dewey."
Another male fairy stepped forward smiling. He was small, slender & hand-sized with black hair.
He had blue eyes, fair skin & pointy ears. He had an aqua colour shirt on.
"My name is Sled. I'm a frost fairy.
Its nice to meet you Vanessa.
On behalf of all of us thank you for The invite to your birthday party."
Vanessa smiled.
"Its nice to meet you both. All of you are all super welcome."
The last male fairy in the group stepped forward.
He is small, slender, & hand-sized.
He has blonde hair, blue eyes, fair skin & pointy ears.
He has a blue cap on & an aqua top as well as aqua pants.
"My name is Slush. I'm a glacier fairy. Its nice to meet you Vanessa."
Vanessa looked up at him.
"Its nice to meet you too Slush."
One of the girls stepped forward.
She was small, slender & hand-sized.
Her hair was white. She had blue eyes, fair skin & pointy ears.
Her whole outfit is blue.
"Hi Vanessa. My name is Gliss. I'm a frost fairy.Its awesome to meet you."
Vanessa smiled warmly at Gliss.
"Its nice to meet you too Gliss.
The last fairy stepped forward.
She was small,slender & hand-sized.
She had black hair with brown eyes.
Her ears were ponty.
She was wearing a blue dress with blue boots.
"Greetings Vanessa.
My name is Spike & I'm a frost fairy.
Its nice to meet you."
Vanessa smiled at all of them.
"Its awesome to meet all of you."
Vanessa looked around. It looked awesome.There really were soooo many guests already.
She wondered if she had made a mistake inviting soooo many guests, human, fairy, wolf & otherwise.
2 human girls arrived looking around curiously.
"Are we in the right place?"
The older of the girls asked.
The younger shrugged.
"I'm really not sure."
Vanessa listened carefully.
She walked up to the girls with a welcome smile as she wanted them to feel comfortable.
"Hi girls welcome to my home.
This is the Diamond pack. I hope you both have fun at my party & enjoy your stay.
My name is Vanessa Mia Barnes but you can call me Vanessa or V"
The older 1 had Hazel brown eyes
& auburn shoulder length hair.
She wore a pretty white nightgown.
She gave Vanessa a stunning smile.
"Hello Vanessa. My name is Wendy Moira Angela Darling. We thought we were in the wrong place."
Vanessa smiled.
"No you both are in the right place.
If you need different outfits for the party any of the fairies can help you out."
Both girls nodded.
"Thank you Vanessa." They said.
Wendy gently tapped the younger 1 on her shoulder, reminding her to introduce herself.
Blushing the younger girl stepped forward.
She was slender & had fair skin.
She had green eyes & hazel brown hair that was braided into pigtails.
She wore a pink long sleaved dress.
"Hi Vanessa. My name is Elizabeth Griffiths. Its nice to meet you."
"Its lovely to meet you both." Said Vanessa
"Feel free to mingle.
Everyone is nice here." She told them.
They looked around. A firefly named Blaze playfully flew past them.
4 more guests had arrived.
Vanessa went to welcome them.
She walked up to beautiful young woman; who's strongly built, fairly slender with hips & voluptuous curves. She has olive skin with black hair that reaches a little past her shoulders and brown eyes.
"Hi. I'm Vanessa. Welcome to my home."
The woman smiled.
"Thank you sooo
Much for the invite. David will be joining us soon. My name is Nani."
Vanessa smiled. "That's fine Nani. We have plenty of room.Its nice to meet you."
"You too Vanessa. Your home is beautiful." Nani looks down at the young girl next to her.
"This is my younger sister. Can I leave her with you while i sign the 5 of us in?" Nani asked Vanessa.
Vanessa smiled nodding.
"Of couse. I can get to know her & the other 2 cuties."
"Thanks Vanessa." Nani went off with their documents to sign them all in.
Vanessa looked at the little girl.
She was a small, short & slightly chubby Hawaiian girl with large, dark
almond-shaped brown eyes. She had
long,straight black hair,a big nose & a round chubby face.She's wearing a red dress with white leaf patterns all over it & blue sandals.
"Hello. I'm Vanessa.
What's your name? Also I was wondering how old you are?", she had bent down to Lilo's height.
"My name is Lilo. I'm 7.",she responded looking up @ Vanessa.
Vanessa gave her a warm smile.
"That's such a pretty name."
Lilo smiled. "Thanks Vanessa."
