Hannah was taken aback by Clyde's accusation. "I'm throwing a tantrum?"
Had she really been throwing a tantrum? When exactly?
Confused, Hannah asked, "When did I throw a tantrum?"
Clyde glared at her in frustration.
He arrived at the office just before noon. The secretarial staff didn't order lunch when he was absent.
Worried Hannah might go without lunch, he hurried there, only to find she wasn't in the office at all.
After inquiring with the secretarial staff, he learned that Hannah had transferred back to the Architectural Design Department that morning.
Was she throwing a tantrum and avoiding him just because he hadn't come to work with her? Clyde couldn't understand, so he came downstairs to find her.
