The party marched down the hill, officially leaving the valley as soon as the members that had been sent back to Ellende returned. When Claskan witnessed dozens of dragons flying through the air toward them he realized he had been given more troops. As they landed, a bright red light piercing the sky around them, Dego approached with word from the King.
To alleviate the pain that was Dego he sent him with the third group of humans they found. Now he arrogantly waltzed to Claskan. “The King sent orders and asked I not look at them. As you can see the seal is unbroken.”
Claskan smiled a half-hearted smile. “How are things back at the castle?” He asked as he broke the seal. He did not catch what Dego said as he read the letter the King sent him.
