Claskan dreamt of turmoil and pain. He watched as friends died on the battlefield, undead dragons swarming every one of them. Edgar fell, pulled under a sea of bloody corpses that pulled his body and bit at his exposed face. Valentina used her water magic to push them all back as she and Claskan ran to Edgar’s aid. She died at Edgar’s hand, betrayal written all over her face. Claskan severed both of their connections to Xindross when he removed their heads from their bodies.
