Chapter 17:Coincidence

I was talking to Minji when I heard someone call out to me,I turned to see it was joo ri,she walked towards us but then I noticed the expression on her face change,then she turned to Minji and said "I see you decided not to listen to my warnings" being confused to what she meant I decided to ask "what warnings?" But then she said words had slip out and I could tell she was lying she always stutters when she lies,

"So was joo ri threathening minji,but why would she ,does she hate her job that much" I was still in my thoughts when I heard Minji speak up

"I should go too,also I'm sure you have things to manage at wang-ui" she said and got up quickly like she was trying to avoid me holding her back again,I watched her walk out of the building,but I felt somewhat sad that,she'd want to be nowhere near me,I guess now mother will get what she wants

*A week ago when yi jung got back home from dropping off Minji*

So yi jung

I walked into the house and saw my sister and mother sitting on couch,there reaction when I walked in was almost like that were waiting for me,they both turned to me as if waiting for an explanation,then suddenly ga-eul was in front of me

"Soo how's Unnie Minji?,did you get her home safely?,is she going to visit again?" The speed at which she sent out questions rendered me speechless,

"Oppa!" She yelled in my face

"were you even listening!?" She asked crossing her hands on her chest and pouting her lips ,gosh she was angry I don't want that

"Ga-eul nae agi,dont be mad at me,yes Minji is home safely and she's fine"

"Is she going to visit again?" She askedcoming back to her chirpy mood

"We both know she was here because she was hurt,in our territory,its only right to take responsibility" I said patting her shoulders

"So you mean to say you don't have special fee..."So ga-eul to your room now"

I heard another voice say,I looked behind ga-eul and saw it was mother who had spoke she looked slightly irritated,not sure why..

"ga-eul go to your room" she said again walking towards us

"Eomma no I'm still talking to Oppa"

"And I want to talk to him now" my mother replied straightly not even minding the faces my sister was making

"I was talking to him first"

"To your room now!"the tone at which she spoke caused both me and my sister a shock,then she immediately ran upstairs leavimg me and mom alone

"Sit!" She ordered and I dis exactly that

"So yi jung what is your problem?,first you gave up being hyang-gi's next ceo to ga-eul all so you can become some model and entertainer even though the public calls you hyang-gi's heir we all know you are not"

"Mother where are you going with this?"

"Where I'm going?,that girl you brought home that the same girl from the streets right?"

"She's not a girl from the street,she's just a girl that happened to be on a morning stroll"

"How did you know she was at our old warehouse?,did she call or text you?"

"Like I said it was a coincidence"

"Coincidence or not I don't want it to Repeat itself"

"What do you mean?

"What I mean is that,she is too low for your standards,you deserve better"

"Mother you always think too far ahead,its not like I was planning on marrying her on first sight"

"You wouldn't on first sight but will if you eventually get closer,so I'm telling you to know where you stand with her"

"Eomma,you do know she's woo bin's sister"

"Now you're making up stories so I can like her?"

"No he told me himself"

"Well is still don't care,I don't even like her anyways so you should treat her as lesser than you are,you are dismissed" she said and walked out of the room sometimes I wonder why my mother treats us like we're her kadets and not her children, but I was to exhausted to start thinking about that so I went my room

Now

I got up and went outside to my car,I was half way inside when I spotted Minji on the side walk so I stepped back out,I could here joo ri saying things but I wasn't sure I caught her exactly words

,then I shut the door

Hey guys so,here's a new chapter It was nice writing this evening though I had to do it in the middle of night it was worth .
