chapter 18:Stay here tonight

I was Was waiting to stop a taxi when I felt a hand grip my shoulder I turned around and saw yi jung panting heavily,a sudden rush of panic came over me and started sending him random questions

"So yi jung! What are you doing here?,Are you ok?,why are you panting like that?..."if you care so much about me maybe next time don't walk out on me like that"

After I heard what he has said I realized what I've just did,then I immediately brushed his hand of my shoulder,

"What are you saying, who told you I care about you,I'm just doing something any normal human being would,anyways why are you here?,why did run?"I asked not taking one glance at him,then he stood straight and walked closer to me which I found completely uncomfortable but for some reason my feet stayed glued to the ground,and I could feel his breath on my neck,I wanted to speak but i chocked on my own voice,so cleared my throat

"Yi jung what are you doing?,if people see you and me like this,only God knows what they'd start thinking?" Even though I cleared my throat I sounded hoarse

"If you hate this position,they why don't you just,step away and push me off,Ha Minji style "he said then came in front of me

"Alright come on I'm taking you home" he said and held on to my hand,but I immediately retracted it

"I didnt ask you to bring me home,did I?" I asked sounding more confident but he ignoref my question and grabbed my hand again,this time tightly and started pulling me to his car...

"Ha woo bin would not like to hear that I left his sister outside when its about to rain,and she's having a hard time finding a taxi"

At the mention of my brother's name I immediately paid attention to what he was saying...

"My brother asked you to baby sit me?" I asked pulling him to stop and he just smirked at me,then continued to pull me to his car

"You know if your brother was not my friend and he did not ask me to take care of you I wouldn't even take two glances at you" I heard him say then came to a stop,I looked at where his eyes were fixed on them noticed Baek joo ri standing outside the car while talking in the phone,then I said to him

"But you sure can take very long glance at her can't you"I said even before thinking,now realizing how I just sounded like a jealous girlfriend,and I been he won't let that one go

"No Minji,I can only take long glances at you" he said and smirked again,now I was starting to wonder if that is an habit of his,but I just shoved that aside

"So yi jung ,i know my brother is your friend but you are also his boss,you could have said no to him,I'm not a baby I can take care of myself you know"

"I have my own reasons for accepting" he said without looking at me

"OK fine then,but there's no way I'm getting in the same car as miss Baek joo ri" I said and crossed my arms on my chest

"Hmm why?"

"I don't like her"

"You don't? Why? Oh wait come to think of it I never introduced you two,how did you know her?"

"Let's just say we met earlier and she has a terrible personality"

"I see its raining just get into the car forget about your differences "he said then his phone rang,then he picked it up and put it on speaker

"Young master jung!

"Joo ri what is it?"

"I just wanted to tell you I'm already on my way home, I had a friend pick me up"

"Pick you up,you were here couple of minutes ago"

"Well I'm on my way home now,so you can pay attention to whatever that was so important

"OK then thank you"

I heard him say before he put his phone in his pocket

"So good news no Baek joo ri...now let's go in,or you'll catch a cold",he said then took ofc his coat and placed over my shoulders.

"Thank you" I said somewhat quietly,he nodded his head and pulled me to the car,the drive felt suorisenly shorter than it was when woo bin brought me this morning

We got to woo bin's house,then stepped out of the car,and waved yi jung before walking towards the door,i turned around when i heard the rain pouring heavier than before ,but then I saw yi jung in front of me,I wanted to ask why he was here,then I noticed my bag in his hand

"You left it in the car" he said handing it to me,he was turning to go back but then stopped him

"Wait...where are you going?"

"I'm going home, where else?"

"But it's raining so much,you can't drive in the rain you might have an accident"

"Don't worry I'll be careful he said and attempted to walk away again,but it was my turn to hold him back so I went to him and held his hand

"Stay here tonight"

"Is that an order?"

"No its not...please stay"

To be honest I had a great time writing this one, I think this is my favorite chapter for now I guess?.

So is anyone wondering if yi jung would choose to stay or just drive in the rain
