chapter 16:stay away from him

She looked up to see what had hit her but,who she saw was not who she wanted to see,she immediately got up on her feet and straightened out her cloth,then looked back at him

"So yi jung..."

"Ha Minji...pleasure seeing you here,he said with a smirk and stretched out his hand to her,which she reluctantly shook.

"Why are you here?",she asked immediately after taking back her hand

"Is that how you thank someone who saved your life?" Heshot at her causing her to stay silent for a while,then she finally spoke

"Thank you...for helping me" she said and Was about to walk away but he pulled back

"Thank you?,that's...that's all I get?"

"What else do you want?" She spat out angrily then added

"If I had known that you had only helped me so you can pester me for favors earlier,i really should have just died"

She tried to walk away again but,he pulled her back and and pinned her on the wall

"So you're thinking highly of yourself now, besides I was just joking,who knew you had such short temper,I wonder why that didn't help you out of mad daddy encounter"

"You better... She was about the speak again when the elevator door opened to reveal people starting at both of them,then she immediately pushed him off herself and walked away as fast as she could

"Who does he think he is,He's not God,why did he help me if he was just going to ask for compensations,argh! I hate his stupid guts,why did I freeze like that anyways,what...no no,Ha Minji get a hold of yourself"

Minji was lost in her own thoughts,so she didn't notice yi Jung's assistant coming towards her

"Ugh! do you mind?!,watch where you're going next time" Baek Joo ri said while picking up her files that had fallen,and Minji Immediately bent to help her pack up the rest,but she did not expect baek joo ri's coming reaction,when they stood up

"Oh so it's you,I'm Baek joo ri yi jung's assistant,and you are Ha Minji,and no no I don't know you because of ahnjong hei's new production,I only know of you because of how you've decided on clinging to yi Jung,so if you know what's good for you,you had better stay away from him" she said and walked off leaving Minji with no opportunity to reply

"OK hold on just a minute,did that lady just threaten me,on second thought didn't she just say she's yi jung's assistant,my word! What kind of assistant has such guts,oh wait come to think of it she could probably be crushing on him,and I'm such that asshole is being oblivious towards it"

Minji strolled out to the lobby and sat at a table,and brought out her script and continued reading it,but she was distracted when she felt someone settle on the seat in front of her,and she saw the face she had decided to avoid

"You again?"

"What? Do you think its going to be easy for you to avoid me,we are going to be acting together very soon,you better give prepare yourself so you don't run out on every scene"

"Who told you I plan on running out,and even if I do,you just know I'm running away from your annoying attitude,now if you'll excuse me"she said and got up,but got pulled back down which made a loud noise that attracted the looks of people to them

"What now?"Minji asked looking at yi jung angrily

"Nothing I just thought I practice a scene from Min tae ra" he said letting go of her hand and slumping into the chair

"Wha...what?..what scene did it so happen that you have to pull me down on a table?" She asked almost shouting

"Well I won't exactly pull you down on to a table,I'll actually be pulling you into my chest" he said coolly then smirked at the reaction on her face.

"I...I don't remember seeing or reading a scene like that in my script" She said in a stutter and then she immediately regretted having her hair in a bun because she could feel her cheek heating up

"That's simply because you havent finished the entire script yet"

"Well shouldn't you leave me to finish it up now?"she asked in a more confident manner.

"Young Master Jung!"

Both Yi Jung and Minji turned their heads to the voice that shouted,then Minji immediately recognized her to be yi Jung's assistant,she immediately ran to yi jung's table but changed her expression when she noticed Minji

"I see you decided not to listen to my warnings"

"What warnings?" Yi Jung asked looking confused l,that was when joo ri remembered again that yi jung was also sitted on the same table

"Its nothing,words just slipped out" she said immediately praying in her mind that minji doesn't say a thing and surprisingly she didn't

"I'll go and wait in the car"

she said immediately and ran out,Minji let out a sigh of relief after she had left then said

"I should go too,also I'm sure you have things to manage at wang-ui" she said and got up briskly
