It's Wrong

Dinner with eva and skylar wasn't too bad, it would be a good memory if cindy kept her mouth shut during dinner. many times cindy tried to seduce arsenio openly, but her husband didn't give a response but expressed his concern for her. sofia doesn't deny that she doesn't feel marginalized because they talk about the past where she didn't belong at that time. arsenio always makes sure to invite him to join their circle, he appreciates that. his heart felt warm, reminding him that it had been a long time since he had dinner like this with his parents. "arsenio~" cindy called in a seductive voice, "do you intend to attend the next race~? i hope you can support me as a friend~" he gave a caress on her thighs sensually behind the dining table, then chuckled hearing that the sound caught in his throat. sofia tries to keep her cool. i don't know what cindy did to make arsenio's cheeks turn red like that. he became even more sorry for handing the chair next to arsenio to the seductress. he gave it up because he didn't want to prolong the problem, didn't want skylar to see the negative side of being a kid. "if sofia and i weren't busy, i would have thought of being there to support you." sofia put food in her mouth to hide a triumphant smile hearing her answer which once again gave a sour look on cindy's face. "aw~ don't be like that~! you have to come as a gift for our sweet reunion, arsenio~" cindy coaxed again, "eva even came along." "i'll think about it because so far i haven't found a babysitter that meets my standards, cindy." eva gave an explanation so that her friend would not misunderstand. sofia couldn't stand watching cindy being exposed by her two best friends. he chuckled under the palm of his hand. "fine. fine. i will race without my two best friends. poor me ..." cindy pretended to feel hurt by their words, she put her hand on her chest to further perfect her acting. "sofia and i will try to free up time on your race day, cindy." arsenio didn't change his mind. he could go there alone to watch, but he was worried that his bad habit would emerge. he was sure that with sofia by his side, he could distract himself from looking ahead. sofia made sure that arsenio wouldn't come because he was hers. he gasped again at the thought. 'being close to cindy makes me think it's weird.' sofia glanced at arsenio stealthily through her eyelashes, then hastily focused her eyes again on her plate of food when she caught sight of him. her cheeks burned between embarrassment and fascinated by the gentle smile she showed him. 'ugh.' once again, he saw arsenio as an attractive man who he wanted to 'attack'. "are you all right, babe?" arsenio asked, but his voice was timid, not worried. "ah!" sofia gasped in surprise at his voice, "y-yes. i'm fine." he felt like he wanted to get out of here right now it would be awkward he said earlier. arsenio got up from his chair, "you look unwell. want to take medicine?" he asked, but he didn't wait for an answer, asking again, "eva, where did you put your meds?" "want me to get it?" eva feels guilty, maybe the food doesn't suit sofia's tongue, who is a professional chef. a bit of an exaggeration, but he was afraid to give his future friend a bad memory, "it's in the bathroom upstairs." "no need. just let me," arsenio refused softly, he took sofia's hand inviting her to come with him, "c'mon babe, i'll treat you with my love." sofia could have refused this, embarrassed by her cheesy attitude. but his gaze was so full of meaning that it made him silent according to being invited upstairs. as soon as the bathroom door closed, arsenio immediately locked him between his hands and the sink, "you know, you want to tease me can wait when we get home, right?" tease him? "i didn't," sofia denied weakly. "sofia, i know that look." arsenio said almost in a whisper caressing his cheek meaningfully. "i..." sofia was at a loss for words for a moment, "this is wrong. you know, what we've been doing all this time is wrong." he looked at her regretfully for giving mixed signals that she kept expecting more from him. "what's wrong with that? you're attracted to me? you know i'm your husband," arsenio said, "it's only natural that you're attracted to your own husband." "arsenio..." sofia mumbled in frustration "you know, i don't want to cheat." and he is worth much more just to be a 'second' man, "you can find a woman who truly loves you." "dominic didn't think that way when he decided to make you his girlfriend even though he was in a relationship with arlyne, right?" arsenio mumbled deep thought "if love was that easy, i would have done it two years ago sofia." "arsenio ..." "but my heart goes back to you," arsenio continued with the hopeless look on his face, "and i really pissed myself off when i found out you were still the same, being the second woman." sofia shook her head weakly. not with all the 'what if' topics, he didn't want to think about what would happen if they were together, "we'd better get back, arsenio. they must be worried about us." he said glumly. he just left without waiting for an answer from her, and was grateful that he didn't stop her from hearing more of his undying love. *** sofia was not in the mood to continue eating, she chose to sit in the backyard waiting for eva to finish putting skylar to sleep. "my food seems to need improvisation." sofia turned her head to see eva was behind her, then took a seat beside her, "you're wrong, eva. your food is delicious." "you don't seem to be enjoying it." "that's because..." sofia paused for a moment. he had so many problems that he lost his appetite "please, can we skip this and get to the point?" he doesn't want to share his problem even though eva knows of his complicated relationship with arsenio, thanks to cindy. sofia rolled her eyes. speaking of cindy, she was showing off her charisma seducing arsenio in the living room. sofia let it be, maybe with that, arsenio can open his heart to cindy again and forget about it. 'this is the best.' sofia took a deep breath, before starting to say, "i want to know everything, eva." eva stared at sofia intensely for a moment, confused about her plea. "i'm in a dilemma, eva. please help me." sofia pleaded once again seeing the doubt in eva's eyes. "it's going to be long, is that okay?" "i have plenty of time to kill," sofia answered quickly. he's only here to know about dominic. "okay, i'll tell you," eva agreed with a deep breath, "let me make you some tea first."
