Epilogue
Once she passed through the Immigration and Baggage Claim sectors, the woman ran to the exit door and to the large main hall of JFK Airport. Through the faded glass door, she thought she could make out Thiago's face among many other faces of relatives who were waiting for their beloved ones. Indeed, as soon as she passed through the door, the lady threw herself into the arms of her husband, who had already spotted her.
