LUZ

Today is my birthday and I'll be able to meet my wolf and hopefully my mate! Feeling energized because of my birthday I sprang out of bed and went to the toilet to do my routine. Got changed for school and ran down to the packhouse kitchen. I've been greeted with Happy Birthdays whoever saw me. And said thank you's from my heart. "Good morning ladies!" I said enthusiastically to the kitchen crews doing their business not really paying attention to me. Then I hugged my mother from the back, she looked at me over her shoulder. "Happy birthday! I love you darling!" and I gave her a kiss on the cheeks. "Thank you,mom!" Her mom wondered. "For what? I dont have a gift for you!" trying to act innocent. "Ouch mom! How could you be so heartless!" I remove my hand from her waist and face her, my two hands on my waist. Acting that I'm hurt. "I just want to Thank you for making me a beautiful girl. I love you!" I tried to act like I'm really going to cry. "I love you too Luz,my daughter." We laughed and then we hugged each other with tears of joy in our eyes. "Aww mom! You're so cheesy!" I pretended to gag. "I need to go to school now mom!"Grabbed an apple and head to the door . "Take care sweetie! I love you!" she yelled back. "I love you too! To the moon and back!"

She walked where the bus stop is. So many things happened the past week. Clarence making out with her and suddenly decided that he doesn't want her. He's been ignoring her since then. And there is also Dennis, since I defeated him he didn't leave me alone! He didn't bully me, well not anymore. But he's been following me everywhere. Being alone for long and having Dennis is such a torture! "What is your favorite color? Me? I loooveee black! Black looks cool and mysterious!" he said while lifting his left eyebrow up and down. We were at the cafe and his getting to know questions really bothers me. "Yeah! Me too I love black! But it doesn't fit you. I envisioned you a pink guy." "What? Why pink? That's too girly!" he said as if it's a very digusting thing ever. "You're so bubbly, talkative and too careless." pointing my fork at him and rolled my eyes. Richard burst into laugh. Yeah! He's one of us now. He doesn't talk much but it seems he's really enjoying our banters to make him laugh like that. The only ones missing is Clarence. But he's evading me like a plague. Well I don't care! He left me hanging and it will only make me much more frustrated!

I couldn't stop smiling remembering our banters. As I'm waiting for the bus, a car pulled over in front of me. It's a black BMW and she knows who owns it. The shotgun door opened but she ignored it. "Come inside! I'll drive you to school!" he said with an authoritative voice . "No need. I don't want to impose on you Alpha. I'll just wait for the bus." I said politely as I can. "The bus already left 30mins. ago. The bus came early to pick up more students." he said matter of factly. "What? How?" I looked at my watch, if I walk, it will take me at least 1hour to arrive in school. Plus the sweat and for sure I'll feel very tired. I groaned feeling defeated. "Come now! Or we will be late! Do you want to stand in front of the class?" Standing infront of the class sent shivers to her spine. So she went inside. It's a silent drive to school. I just keep my mind busy looking outside. Appreciating nature, that someday I could run there with my wolf. He broke the silence. "Happy Birthday."

CLARENCE

"Happy Birthday." I could see the shock in her eyes. "Umm.. thanks." She looked down and fidgeting her fingers.

"I'm sorry for the last time." I'm not sorry. That's what I really want. She looked at me puzzled. Her eyes widen when realization hit her why I am sorry.

"It's okay. I don't want to talk about it." She turned her head to the window blushing. She's so cute blushing like that.

"I just want you to know that I didn't regret it. I want you!" Lust is consuming me now. I know I have a reason why she can't be our mate. But this mate bond is making it harder for me. I want her. Even Tyrone is having hard time not to take her everytime we see her.

She looked at me with anger and lust? I sucked my breath does that mean she's willing to do it with me that time? F*ck!

"As much as I want you, we shouldn't be together." Damn! It hurts! Tyrone whimpering from the pain he's feeling too. But I need to do this.

"So that's it? Just because I'm an Omega? " I can feel the hurt in her eyes. Tears starts to form in her eyes.

"No. Not that." clearly she has feelings for me too. But once she get her wolf tonight I'll reject her.

"Then why?" she looked at me confused.

I put my attention again on the road. I don't know how to answer her. She looked back again on her window side. The tension is too thick and I don't want to break it for I don't know how or what to say.

We reached to the school parking, none of us dared to move.

"Luz." She looked at me with questioning eyes. I reached my hand on her face and cupped her cheeks. She leaned on my hand and closed her eyes looking for comfort. It's so heartbreaking to see her like this. So vulnerable and fragile. I leaned in next to her face. She opened her eyes and I could see lust in it. Tyrone is clawing on my head despite of the situation. Our breathing becomes heavy and I pressed my lips to her. Hmmm. Her lips are so soft. Still we're not breaking the kiss but deepening it more. Eventhough we are almost out of breath we don't want this to end. I put my hands on her back going down to cup her ass.
