Take this and you too take this.” Cassie said as she shared the packed up food. It was her birthday and she thought of being kind and sponsoring them. That day, Kevin had called Cassie and told her he wouldn't be coming so Cassie was really comfortable. Few minutes later, Kevin's bodyguard walked in with Kevin at his back. When he came into contact with Cassie, shock dived into her and the basket of food fell from her hands and the food poured away. Cassie knew very well that Kevin would not like it but little did she know that her job was at stake. It was a shock to everyone when Kevin did not say anything about Cassie's behavior.

As Cassie was cleaning up the place with the help of another staff member, one of Kevin's bodyguards came in with a letter which he handed over to her. It was a suspension letter. A week of suspension, Cassie broke down and cried. Though her colleagues tried to convince her to calm down because it was only a suspension letter, she could have been fired. She wiped away her tears and asked,“So it means after a week, I will come back?” “Yes Cassie! He will allow you to come back after a week so don't worry much.” Belinda replied. Cassie suddenly started crying again and sobbed,“But it's a shame for me to be suspended within my second week in working. How would I face my mom?” With her hands covering her face she ran out of the company, heading towards the bridge. Cassie is always emotional about little matters, she sat under the bridge childishly hugging her knees.

“Oh dear, why are you home so late? Did something happen at work today?” Mrs Baron didn't even finish her sentence before Cassie broke into tears and hugged her mom. Gradually her mom got her to tell her everything that happened at work that day. As usual she comforted her with her comforting words and slowly she fell asleep. The next day, Cassie went out with Marina, as they sat at the table in the cafeteria, a guy with dark glasses walked in. Everyone there froze to see the handsome creature which entered the cafeteria. “Look at Jason, Cassie!” Marina yelled out with joy and went to hug the guy walking into the cafeteria. Jason was Cassie's boyfriend who traveled out of the country a few weeks after they started dating. Jason is a tall guy with pink lips, broad chest and he has a kind of sexy smile which is very attractive. Jason, after hugging Marina, went to hug Cassie very tightly and said,“I miss you so much Cassie, I never knew that I could come and meet you waiting for me.” Cassie pushed him away, slapped him and scolded,“So after all the things you did, the pictures, videos and so on, you still have the guts, the audacity to come here and tell me you miss me? Who do you think you are fooling, me? Oh come on dear, I'm too old for that. I am no longer your girlfriend okay, I'm a single girl. You are a foolish i***t to have told me that Jason. In case you want, let's go Marina or better still you can stay with this miserable mystery.” Cassie walked out with Marina calling out to her while following her. “Why did you do that Cassie? Why do you have to disgrace him in front of those people in the cafeteria Cassie. What is wrong with you?” Marina scolded her sister.

“What the F is this Cassie?”Marina screamed out in shock “That’s exactly what happened between Jason and I. He betrayed me Marina, he sent me the pictures and videos of him and other girls enjoying themselves. I didn't want to tell you anything because I didn't want to trouble any of you. I was so broken because I loved him so much Ina, I loved more than I even loved myself.” Marina tried to convince her helpless sister. “So tell me, do you still love him?” Marina asked. “You know very well that I still do love Ina, remember he was my first love so I definitely do love him even now.” Cassie placed her head on Marina's shoulder to rest her head.

Marina was helping her mom cook dinner when their doorbell rang. While towards the door, she shouted, “Coming!!” When she opened the door, “Good evening Sir, who are you looking for?” she asked curiously. Kevin removed his glasses and answered, “Well can you, the beautiful princess standing here call me your sister. Tell her Mr Kevin is here to give her some documents to work on, or better still, just give it to her.” Kevin gave the documents to Marina to give to Cassie. “Ina! Who was at the door?!” Cassie enquired. “It was that your bossy boss, he came to give you these documents. He said you should work on them and I guess you know what to do.” Few minutes before they could start eating, the doorbell rang again but this time it was Cassie that went to open the door.

“I know you are very hurt with what I did but please forgive me and take me back into your life. I promise to love, care for you. I can't imagine my life without you Cassie.” Jason said. Cassie couldn't stop her tears from flowing down her eyes because she was in a dilemma whether to trust Jason again or not. Cassie is a type of person who is very afraid of heartbreaks, so it was difficult for her to trust Jason but she decided to give it a try. Jason escorted Cassie home, gave her a kiss on her forehead. Marina was shocked when Cassie told her that she got back together with Jason. “The person you just fought with, the person you cried over, saying you hate him is your boyfriend? Love is really complicated, because of you, I don't wanna fall in love ever.” Marina said.
