Alaric's POV The next morning, when I woke up, I gradually returned to my senses. Something felt strange, and I couldn't quite pinpoint what it was, but it was pleasurable. However, as soon as Corinna entered my thoughts, my eyes flew open. "No pain," I said aloud.
