Maggi’s P.O.V.
We returned from our trip two days ago. I could say that it was a huge turn in our relationship. At a point in the past, I had given up all my hopes in this relation. It was mom who didn’t give her hope up. She had this hope that Theo would come along soon. Though she was always with me but she was his mother also and I couldn’t blame her for her hopes. She was with me since the day my parents died. She never left my side and I was grateful to her for not leaving my side for a second.
Theo and dad asked me again whether I wanted to continue as an assistant to the director in the finance department or wanted a higher position now. I was happy with my position and I told them that for the time being, I wanted to continue in the same position. I had a lot to learn
