“Let me get your attention please… everyone stopped talking focusing on the man on the stage, after getting the attention of everyone he smiled and continued …today we are here to celebrate my Jamie and his savanna as they got married today the between the Texas and the Lynch family now the both families have become one cheers”.

“Cheers” everybody raised their glass then drank from it.

It was a joyful atmosphere as the only heir of the two powerful families in the city got married now both families have become one and most powerful in the city.

Itwas time to exchange marriage gift the Lynch family gifted Savana a neckless while the Texas family gifted Jamie a pendulum watch, everyone cheered happily the whole city married.

PRESENT DAY

Kenny woke up touching the empty bed beside him he quickly stood up, without slipper he walked out of the bedroom,

with fear written in his eyes Kenny walked into the study “you are awake” Alan said looking the figure at the figure still standing at the door he could see fear and tears in his eyes “are you okay” he asked worriedly as he stood up from chair before he could take a step Kenny came running to arms.

“I am here “ Alan said as he pat Kenny who is trying to talk while choking on tears,

“ I thought you left me” Kenny said when he could finally speak, “ i woke up you were not there I thought you left me” shedding more tears as he spoke as he tighten his arms around Alan.

“I am here love I am not going anywhere I promise, stop crying okay” Alan said while the tears off his face “go and wash up so we go hace breakfast okay I won't go anywhere I will stay here and wait for you” Kenny nodded walking out of the study.

Is he having nightmares again? Alan thought as he watch him go out of the study.

Kenny has grown dependant on Alan maybe because he feels like human around him or maybe he scared of been left alone.

After cleaning up Kenny and Alan went downstairs to have breakfast.

“Good morning young master” the maids greeted, “morning” Kenny answered while taking a sit, after serving the food the maids left for the kitchen.

“Did young master just answer our greetings”

“Am I dreaming”

The maids goosip excitedly and were grateful to Alan for returning or Kenny would have found a ways kill all of them.

“Have you found what you were looking for” Alan asked Kenny as they took a walk in the garden while holding hands. “Not really she was dead by the time our men got there” Kenny replied shrugging his shoulders as he walked swinging his empty hand like a child.

They kept on walking till they arrived at destination, Kenny excitedly sat on the swing while Alan pushed him from behind smiling on how childish he was, if only the world know how pure Kenny is they wouldn't lebel him as a devil.

Kenny fell asleep easily because he exhausted himself during the day Alan covered him with a quilt walking out of the room silently.

“What did you find “ he asked watching the moon outside the window, “I am sorry master we couldn't find anything” his subordinate said knelling on one knee.

“Hmm keep on searching” he said dismissing the subordinate.

Dark aura filled the far stronger than Kenny's

With the moon light casting on him, he look terrifying like the angel of death.

Coming back to bedroom he layed on the bed while Kenny snuggled up in arms “did I wake you up” Alan asked while Kenny hummed in response he kissed his forehead and asked him to go to back to sleep.

Alan smiled thinking of the first time he meet the dude in his arms.

He just got admitted into a hospital because he had allergies they was commotion outside as he raised his head a boy dashed into his room while his bodyguard were trying to stop him,

“Get out” Alan shouted with frown on his face,the bodyguard left silently “are you okay? Are you lost? Are you here alone? Where are your parents?“ Dropping a series of question but the boy in question was looking at him with smile and admiration as if he saw a toy in a toy shop,

But when the finally opened his mouth what he said froze Alan like he was struck by lightning, “brother you are so pretty will you marry me?“ young Kenny said blinking his eyes cutely, never in a million years did Alan think he will be seduced at that age, right from that Kenny always stick to him like a glue, his first day at school he just transferred from his old school, “ we have a new student transferred student, please introduce yourself” the teacher gestured Alan.

“My name is Alan” he introduced himself coldly suddenly the classroom door opened and Kenny walked in on seeing Alan “pretty brother” he shouted running to him “oh you know each other good Kenny show him around okay” the teacher said before the Alan would answer Kenny beat him to it saying “yes we know each other he is my pretty brother I will show him around” the teacher smiled walking out of the class.

“Pretty brother, I came to check on you in the hospital again but you were not there, have you considered my proposal? You are very pretty I want to marry…” Alan covered his mouth before he could finish his sentence or else Kenny will damage his reputation in school.

“Show me around the school” Alan said to Kenny.Kenny smiled taking Alan's hand as he walked out of the classroom.

Alan looked at his hand that Kenny and then at Kenny's face he smiled happy that he finally found him it wasn't bad transferring schools after all.

Alan stopped savouring the past as he felt a body stirred in his arms, looking at him he kissed his forehead, saying goodnight he closed his eyes and slept.
