The Stranger

Sasha's running was slowing to a stop when she spotted a lake beyond the bushes on her left, choosing to turn and approach it. Her panting had ceased when she reached the edge of the lake, slumping down to sit on the damp shore. Her eyes narrowed at the water as she got lost in her own thoughts. "The pack's probably done with their run by now.." She mumbled as she buried her face into her knees and closed her eyes as she felt them beginning to sting with forming tears. She hasn't cried since she was a child, this was odd to her to be showing such weakness. But.. she was alone, she realized. Then the waterfalls broke the barrier of her eyelids as she began to let out gross, muffled sobs into her legs for what felt like minutes before she was reduced to a sniffling ball by the lake. "What a shame.." A gentle males voice seemed to ocho around her, causing her to spring to her feet in an instant, ready for a fight despite having been a sobbing baby seconds ago. "Where the hell are you?" She growled fiercly as her head whipped back and forth. But all she could see was forest, but the voice continued loud, right in front of her. Almost.. in her head. "You were going to be the first female Alpha, but that's not going to happen anymore now, is it?" Sasha pressed her palms against her ears hard, trying to block out the sound of whoever- or what ever- was speaking to her. But it wasn't working. "I can help you, you know.." He continued, loud and clear, making Sasha jump and look over her shoulder, removing her hands as she became curious. "I can give you a wolf. You'd be able to shift and become stronger." He sweet talked her deepest desire, making her drop her defenses. She furrowed her brows, looking down at her open palmed hands. "What's the catch..?" She sounded almost defeated as she dropped her hands at her sides. There was a rustling nearby and emerged a tall man with short raven hair, neatly combed back. He had a formal suit on with a purple tie that he was adjusting as he approached Sasha. She couldn't help but admire how devilishly handsome he was as he got closer. "I'll just call on you when I need a favour." He stopped in front of her and his lips tugged into a small smirk as he politely bowed before her. "Hello, dove."
