Leaning back in my office chair, I look up at the ceiling and smile contentedly. Maleah walks in a moment later and sits down on my lap. “Hey baby, was everything okay with Logan?”
Placing my arms around her waist, I kiss her satiny shoulder and reply. “Yeah, he’s fine.” Maleah quirks a questioning brow. “Is something wrong?”
I shake my head. “No, everything is fine. Are you packed?”
Maleah nods. “Yeah, I’m ready to go. Sage passed by earlier and took Ace, so I’m ready for some fun in the sun.”
She wiggles her eyebrows suggestively and leans close to my ear, and whispers. “I even packed my tiniest bikini.”
Smirking in reply, I kiss her head and rise from the chair with her in my arms. “Then we better get this honeymoon started.”
