Chapter 9. The Reveal

Dark World is a place were all the demons live. Some of them wander amoung the other realms from time to time. This is where evil lurks around every corner. It's inhabitants are known as the Dark Worlders. It's atmosphere is hardly ever dry. It has this drizzly wet mist that is constantly circulating in the air. Surrounded by volcanos and mountains keeps this world filled with a thick smoky filter. It is located under The Realms. It's creatures are those of the darkest nature. The edge of the land is covered with some of the oldest cracked and ran down tombstones. The farthest edges are covered in crypts. This world never gets an ounce of light. It is as dreary as it gets. It's climate is a mixture of cold and hot. The mountains see only snow and icy conditions. Where as only where the volcanos are present it is constantly sticky and hotter than hell. It has a pink hue that reaches 100's to 1000's of feet outward from the volcanos. The ground in those areas are covered in ashes and soot. There is a crypt keeper named Boney. He is all skull and bones with dead flesh. He has thin, long, and scraggly looking grey hair. He is one of those they call 1/2 and 1/2. 1/2 Alive and 1/2 dead. These creatures roam free in this world. The crypts are where they go for sleep. They are able to stay awake for days. The longer they are awake the more dangerous they become. Vampires occupy the mountains. Being that of the undead they do better in the cold. Yet they can exsist in any area of the Dark World. Here is where you will also find the Grim Reepers. They mainly make their home in the cemetary. You will also find the damned of the alternating worlds and realms wandering here. Sentenced to a life only in the suffering of the Darkness. Wizards and Black Spirts are present in this world but can travel to whatever realms they choose. This one just more matches their demeanor.

The realms are bright but also have their rain. They are where humans live. Amongst them you will find Fairies and Dragons. Sorceress, Warlock + many more. There have been many more added over the decades. The realms are special it is where the peace is kept. Every Dark Worlder wants to play here to cause pain and clamity. That's why there are protectors of this world. One's that the humans never know exist although they are there to keep them safe. The Dark Worlders get in much more than they would like. The only Dark Worlds that are meant to be in the realms are those who are not causing trouble. The Grim Reapers are part of them. They are coming to take the humans home. Once their race has been run.

Smokey found Willow. "Come with me. I want to show you something."

"Okay. Where are we going?" She asked.

" Oh no this is a suprise. I will tell you however your going need your wings are you up for it? If not Fearless would love to give Twilight another ride."

"Are the others coming?

"No. We are going to all do something together later on."

"Okay." she said, "Let's go. I'll try to fly. This is only my second time remember?"

"I do that's why I offered up Fearless just in case. We don't have to go far. There's just another magical place I want to show you."

They headed out the back door. They went down by the garden and changed. She did as he had taught her. She focused on Twilight and began to fly. She soared this time not worring about the landing. She flew right beside him. They turned off the path. They were heading for a different part of the realm. He told her "Okay lets land here." In her mind she heard him with no problem. She lit on the ground really softly. Safe and sound. Just as her friends told her her she would. She looked up after dusting herself off. They were human again walking through a meadow. They followed the stream down to a brook. There was a Unicorn and a Pegasus drinking from the brook.

"Oh my gosh," she said. "They are beautiful."

"They really are. I come down at least once a day and see them. I just walk slowly so that I don't scare them.

The Pegasus is named Butterfly and this man here, he said petting him, " Is Bullet. Come over they will let you pet them."

She walked real slow up to Butterfly. She didn't want to scare her away. It was like she was calling to her. "Pet me Willow. Pet me."

She walked up to her side and began petting her mane. She raised her head up to look her in the eyes. She had the most striking green eyes. It was if she were telling her, " I'm yours. I have been waiting a long time for you." Willow could hear her in her mind. The telepathy, of course, all the creatures in the realm communicate this way. "Would you and your friend like to take a ride?"

"Stormey. She wants to know if we want to take a ride."

Stormey shook his head yes.

"We would be honored butterfly," Willow told her.

She bent her head down in front of them gracefully. They both climed on Willow holding on to her mane and Smokey holding on to her. It was Magical and exhilarating."

She thought as a human she was a dreamer. With everthing she has seen since her change she had no idea. Once the ride was over. Smokey and her said their goodbyes promising to see them the next day.

They started their decent home. Twilight asked if she could ride on Fearless this time. He put his head down for her to climb on.

Smokey and Willow were always making sure Twilight and Fearless have their time together.

When the arrived home. Everyone was waiting on them. They were going to test their luck at the Casino. When they arrived they decided to split up. So Smokey and Willow went one way. Ginger and Jesse went a different direction, and Gina and Dawson decided to get something to drink. So they headed to the bar.

Willow found this game that had these wild jaguars and leopards on the front. She felt really good about this machine. Smokey tried one not to far away from hers. The first hit she made she hit a big win and won $20.00. Before she knew it she was all the way up to $175.00. She found Elizabeth and told her what she had won. She was one of the other Fairies who really liked coming to the Casino. She gave her $40.00 , of the hundred and seventy five, for her to play. She played $30.00. By the time she was ready to play and had found everyone her machine had been taken. She waited and waited but the girl playing wasn't getting off of it anytime soon. So she played other machines and lost her $30.00 pretty quick.

Elizabeth was also winning and she wound up winning $300.00. Our big winner however that night was Jesse he won $1,000.00. After that they decided to call it a night. At least at the Casino anyway.

"What next Willow?" Willow asked.

"How about that Country Club right up the street? You girls will get your dancing and inbetween dances us guys can get our pool game on." Dawson said.

" Sounds good," Gina replied.

Once inside the club they foud a couple of corner tables in the back. They decided to order a couple of pitchers. One with Long Island Iced Tea and the other with beer. Some of the girls would drink either one. Willow just stayed with the liquor. There was a line dance that came on. The song was Romeo with Dolly Parton singing along with a few other counry girls. Then the song Bluebird came on and the guys had to leave their games long enough to dance with their women. They all came and drug them onto the floor. Except for Levi. He at the was single. He just knew he would meet his new mate somewhere on this side. Just then he looked up and there was a girl with black hair and a fine body standing in front of him. She used her mind to ask him to dance so he knew she had to be a creature from this realm. He still was at a loss as to what type of a creature, but he didn't care his pull to her was so great. They entered the dance floor and started two stepping across the floor. When the song was over they all went back to their seats. The girl followed Levi to where he was at. He had yet to know her name so he couldn't intoduce her. Everyone looked at her.

"Lacey," she said looking at everyone. Don't worry I'm a freind." She said in their minds instead of speaking out loud. So that they could read her intentions. She wanted to know they were only good ones."I was sent here to help you. I've been told what's going on."

"Are you a Fairy or a Dragon?"

She smiled back at them. "No," she replied. "I'm a Sorceress."

Everyone just kind of looked at her.
