Lia and Matteo escaped the warehouse with Marco's help.
They returned to the Moretti estate.
The final recording was hidden inside the black box.
It revealed the location of Alessandro's original evidence.
A storage facility outside the city.
But there was a problem.
Adrian already knew.
They arrived to find the facility surrounded by his people.
Matteo looked at Lia.
"We're trapped."
Lia looked at the building.
"No."
She pointed toward the side entrance.
"There's another way in."
They entered through an old service corridor.
Inside, they found Alessandro's final files.
Lia opened one.
It contained evidence linking Adrian to years of manipulation.
Bank transfers.
False identities.
Secret agreements.
Everything.
Then the lights came on.
Adrian stood at the end of the corridor.
"You really are your father's daughter."
Lia held the files.
"You're finished."
Adrian smiled.
"You think papers can destroy me?"
"No."
She held up a small device.
"But the copies I've already sent can."
Adrian's smile disappeared.
Matteo stepped beside Lia.
"You lost."
For the first time, Adrian looked afraid.
But he still had one final move.
He reached into his coat and produced a document.
"Lia."
She looked at it.
"Your father signed this."
She read it.
It appeared to transfer control of the Moretti family to Adrian.
But Matteo immediately noticed something.
"The signature is fake."
Adrian's expression changed.
Lia smiled.
"You're not as clever as you think."
