It's been three days the police are still on the case, I have a bandage on my head and Amelia still has a cast on her arm and yesterday when the news reached out parents, Dad was livid even mom couldn't calm him down, but then she herself was a sobbing mess.

I'm the only daughter and last born so it's expected, you probably won't believe me if I told you they put a baby monitor on me after the incident but well that's exactly what happened.

The security in the house was tripled and I have a bodyguard who drives me everywhere. For Amelia it's no better, her Parents couldn't sleep, they called every five minutes to check on her and she dare not miss a single call.

That didn't relieve them a bit cause guess what, the whole family is flying back here first thing tomorrow morning from my Parents to Caleb and Michael who mind you has been texting to check on me every hour.

When Micheal first called he was so dramatic and spent the whole time talking about how he's already practiced using a bat to whack someone senseless.

For Amelia, her parents aren't the only ones coming, JD's parents are coming along to stay. You remember JD right her male horny cousin. He's a sweetheart but he's one horny bastard. JD has been here since, after all he schools here. His full name is James Davidson Brown he's lean but tall maybe my height or more and for an eleven year old he's handsome. The i***t knows it and hits on girls older than him.

Anyway enough with JD, I'm so eager for my mum to come home, she's like my twin. She's a sweet, scary and a free spirited person. We look exactly alike because I took my looks from her. Even the media calls us the Kerrington twins. But well she's shorter than me at 5ft5 and very curvy.

Even though she's married, she gets hit on. Dad is very protective of her and they are so much in love. Dad is tall like very tall and bulky but to me he's my unicorn. He dressed as a unicorn and served me strawberry juice on my 12th birthday, and believe me the whole family never lived that day down.

He didn't want to but as long as it made me happy then he had no problem. I'm not spoilt though, never been and never will be. Just a bit too pampered. I picked up Amelia's phone which was charging in my room and left to go give her and grab a snack.

I was heading down the stairs when my phone pinged, it showed a message

From a weird number, who the hell is this.

Now I'm stuck between talking about this or not because some of Kayden's friends are here. Well I'll stick to Amelia for now.

"Mel come over" I called out from the stairs

"did Kevin call" she said rushing over like it's an emergency

"no" I looked at her suspiciously "are you guys a thing"

"not exactly he hasn't asked me yet but I think he will soon" she said hopefully "and besides if that happens you'll be the first to know" she winked

"you should see this" I said holding up my phone for her. "uhh who is this" she squinted at the phone

"oh my gosh" she exclaimed "this must be the creep behind the car incident"

"I guessed same" I said rubbing my forehead, I can feel a headache coming on.

"but hey I'm not little" she said frowning at the phone like she was going to beat it up.

"oh god what do I do now" I sighed "this is wearing me out"

"then we need to find out who this is and the first step is tracking the number" she said determined "but you have to tell your brothers"

"I know I really don't want them involved in this what if the person come's after them, I'll never forgive myself"

"but it's better they know, you can't handle it all by yourself" she said patting my shoulder with a solemn look.

I sighed deeply and closed my eyes "this won't be easy". She gave me a smile "it never is but you'll be glad you did"

It's going to be alright. As I walked into the kitchen a pie slammed into my face then dropped of. I'm in shock right now with wide eyes an open mouth and hands alert at my side. I turn to look for the culprit but everyone is laughing right now. Kim, JD, Nate (Damon's younger brother) and some girls I don't bother to recognize are here too along with the guys.

On the table there's a lot of food. "Where you guys planning a buffet or what"

"well it was actually to cheer you and Amelia up but we couldn't help a little food fight" Kim spoke giggling

"if that's the case then" I say turning to Amelia we both smirked.

Then we picked up the nearest plate in sight and threw it, it landed on JD and Paisley. Then it turned into a full blown food fight.

The walls and the floor were littered with everything, from icing to pancakes to bacon, eggs you name it. In the end we were laughing and I totally forgot about the message.

Later the others left for home after cleaning up leaving Amelia my brother's and I. We cleaned up the kitchen, washed up and then came back for a proper dinner.

"guys skai has something to tell you" Amelia spoke up

I almost choked on my food when she said that as all eyes turned to me. "oh right" I said nervously

I brought up my phone and handed it over to Kieran who after looking with a deep scowl on his face handed it to Kayden.

"when I catch the fvcker I'll kill whoever it is" Kayden said standing up angrily.

"I don't get it do you have any enemies" Kieran said deep in thought

I was about to answer when he cut me off "wait don't answer that, of course you don't so who could it be"

"I really don't think a highschool kid could pull that off if not I'll be guessing it's Tarah" Amelia said crossing her arms

"as much as Tarah dislikes me she'll never want to kill me I'm sure of that, she's all bark and no bite everyone knows that" I said grabbing an apple off the fruit bowl

We talked a little more, while Kayden called to update the officer on the new issue. After another suspect evaluation we gave up and retired to bed.

"congrats on a job well done" the first person said shaking the hacker "you really do live up to expectations

"thank you" the hacker replied with a firm handshake when on the inside he was scared shitless. In all his years of hacking he's never had to cause a near death, just stealing softwares and cash which of course is a crime but still not as serious as murder.

He stared at the person infront of him one last time and prayed to the heavens that they don't cross paths again. Now he certainly believes that looks can be deceiving, he left swiftly shutting the door behind him.

"goodness, she was almost killed" the third person yelled quite appalled "I was in for a scare that's all"

"well that's exactly what she got, I pegged her a smart one knowing she'll make it out alive" the first person replied nonchalantly

"that's quite cold I never knew you're this heartless" the third retorted annoyed at the answer given

"that will be enough from you, if you can't stand the heat you f**k out of the kitchen. It was aimed at scaring and that's exactly what happened. Nobody was supposed to die and no one did" the second person replied firmly

"you know for someone of your type you're sick and I never expected you to be" the third eyes the second with pure disgust "I'm done with this" the third said leaving

"you walk out of here and you're my next target and I promise to kill so shut your mouth " the first said slowly loosing sanity

On noticing this the room fell silent and the two remained still not wanting to be on the receiving side of anger, well aware of the first persons split personality disorder.
