"Let's go," I ignored Tony and motioned Bright into the car then helped Katherina get in too.
Tony rushed to the door and stood with his hands outstretched.
"You won't leave here without me!"
I shook my head and scoffed. "Such a drama queen."
"What are you doing, Uncle Tony?" Bright rushed out of the car.
"I want to come along too but Carl won't take me."
"Why not?" Bright turned to look at me, his eyes looking pleadingly at me.
"I didn't stop him from coming, did I?"
"Yes Tony, Carl didn't stop you from coming," Ben attested.
"He didn't invite me, did he?"
"But he didn't refuse either," Rina spoke up.
I felt satisfaction course through me as I heard her speak up for me. At least something good came from Tony's drama.
