"Hello Ma'am where do you want to go?"
A man in blue grubby overall walked up to me as soon as I stepped out.
I looked behind me to make sure there was no one else standing there.
"Me?" I asked, to be sure he was really talking to me.
"Yes Ma'am, I am Clinton, your driver."
"My driver?"
"Yes Ma'am," Boss has hired me strictly to be a driver to take you around."
"Drive me around? I wondered aloud. "Why would he do that?
"Nothing Ma'am, I'm sure it's just for your convenience."
I couldn't help but feel touched by Carl's thoughtfulness. He has been nothing but good to me since I got to know him. He does so many things for me even without asking.
It feels as if he could always tell my needs even before I need them.
"My Convenience?" I repeated.
"Yes, Ma'am."
