All the applicants were given a minute to explain the story of their bread, and Eloise was second to last. She listened to their explanation, and anyone would have taken that chance to think of their own idea, but not Eloise. Because the story behind her bread was made the moment she saw the topic.
"You might think that this is a typical croissant, but it's not. I gave it a twist and my own idea. Most croissants are sweet or plain and have a lot of varieties. Mine is perfect for older people who want to enjoy their bread. A little bitter and sweet, it is a perfect partner for coffee. Instead of sweetening or fillings, I used an egg and spread it on top."
