Walking down the dimly lit stone steps had the cold seeping into my bones. It was a welcome distraction from the nerves and apprehension I felt about having to talk to my brother. I was scared of his reaction, but I knew we needed to talk. Not to mention I really needed him to go along with this plan to find my mate.
