Emerald's POV:
Dav smiled giving the puppy to me. That was weird and his smile also looked faked. Before I could ask anything further he and Alan left. I don't know what's wrong with them or what's happening now.
I walked into the dining area with Rex after getting freshen up but there was no one in the dining area. Mostly Dav joins me for the breakfast so that I don't have to feel left alone. But today even he wasn't there.
"Em, you're here. Come there is some bacon, toast and eggs." Luce said coming out with a plate of toast in her hands.
"I'm not hungry. I'll go out for a walk with Rex."
"Do you want to have breakfast with me??" Luce asked knowing I can't eat alone.
"No, I'm not really hungry. Just call me if Dav or Alan comes back." I said to Luce and walked out.
