EMERALDS (ACT SIX)

After 3 weeks, Buppha was recovering slowly but she later fell into coma. I prayed endlessly for her including Blannie, Elma and Jessica.

Tuesday Morning.

Blannie, Elma, Jessica and I were getting ready for classes. After having a cool bath,I went to my wardrobe and brought out a pink blouse with a black bum short and a white knee length socks,then I wore a pink boot shoe and I adjusted my white headset around my neck. I wore my spectacle and styled my hair into a bone straight then I wore a jean cap. I applied a little powder on my smooth face after which I applied a pink lip gloss on my lips, pairing it with my little pink lips.

Elma wore a blue cropped top and a baggy jeans then she wore a canvas and put on an earpud. She left her face normal,she wasn't in the mood to apply makeups,then she threw a kiss in the air and took some random selfies.

Jessica wore a blue striped gown and a black flip-flop then she styles her hair into a round row and wore a fancy ribbon. She also tied a black robe round her waist. She sprayed some deodorant on her cloth and applied a roll-on. She layed a light make-up on her small round face then she puts on her white chaplet.

Blannie wore an orange cropped top with an orange baggy jean and a black canvas,then she styles her long hair into a ponytail. She adjusted her headset across her neck, then she opens a pack of chewing gum and began to chew it.

Beep!!

I turned a looked at my phone as a message beeps in.

"Meet me at the balcony after the morning classes".

I got confused as to who's number it was. I kept on thinking, just then,I felt a touch on my shoulder.

Elma:Hey Damie, what are you thinking about?

Damina:W_w_what did you say?

Blannie: It's there anything that is happening and we're not aware of?

Damina:No Blannie, not at all.

Jessica: What are you thinking about?

Damina:Uhmmmm, it's about Buppha. I'm just praying that she get well soon.

Elma:(Exhales)if that's the case then no problem, we're also praying for the same thing. But Damina,if there's anything you're bothered about then you can shared it with us, alright?

Damina: Yeah Elma.

Blannie:You know we're like sisters to you right?and you can tell us your problems , infact we can tell each other our problems and we're all ready to solve it together because we can't bear to see each other in anger. Am I right?

Damina:Yh, you're right. And thanks girls for your concern but you girls are sounding more like elder sisters than friends (smiles)am I right?

Everyone laughs in chorus.

Jessica:Of course, aren't we more than friends guys?

Blannie: Yeah,we are.

Elma: Alright girls, let's get going for class else we'll be late.

In Class.

We all settled down in our various classrooms then that Mr.womanizer came in.

Mr Peter:Hey students.

Students: Good morning sir.

Mr Peter:Hey Damina,how are you doing today? you're looking very much pretty today.

Damina:(Rolls her eyes off) I'm doing good.

Mr Peter: Hope you aren't sick?

Damina:(Sighs and rolls her eyes off)You heard me right,I said I'm doing good and fine.

Mr Peter: Alright beauty.

Blannie: Girls, why's Damina acting weird towards Mr Peter? it's suspicious right?

Jessica: Yeah,I think something wrong is happening.

Elma: Yeah, there's something Damie isn't telling us.

Jessica:We have to find out girls .

Blannie: Yeah, and I think that she's afraid to tell us what it is.

Mr Peter:So students,I gave you guys an assignment, who's in charge of submitting the assignments?

Patrice: I'm the one Sir.

Mr Peter:Uhmm, you know what? you guys should submit your assignment to Damina.

Damina: (Coughs)I won't be able to submit the books.

Mr Peter:Why?

Damina: I'm going to see someone.

Mr Peter:And who's that?

Damina:You shouldn't know everything, right?

Mr Peter:(Furiously)hmmm.

The Emeralds walks in.

Zoe:Hey Mr,are you done teaching?

Mr Peter:You just walked inside the class and you're asking such a question.

Rushi:(Walks towards him)who are you talking to like that?you low-class fool. I don't think you can even afford the pen she use in writing (they all laughs).

Mr Peter:What?

Ray: Yeah, he's right and what can you do about it anyway? afterall you're only good at womanizing.

Mr Peter: I'll...... infact (carries his books and leaves the classroom).

Ivan:Hey.

Damina:Hi!

Ivan:Uhmm... I just wanted to know why you were crying that day in the restroom.

Damina:(Angrily) leave me alone and don't ask me about anything again.

Ivan:But you should tell me at.........

I carried my backpack, not minding whatever he was saying.

Mira:Hey Ivan,why are you being close to that girl?

Ivan:(Reluctantly)I only asked her a question, I'm no being close to her.

Blannie:I don't know why Mira forces herself on Ivan,she doesn't even fit him.

Jessica:I swear, they are not a perfect match.

Elma:But the guy is cute and I think he's beginning to like Damie.

Cruella:(On the of her voice)hey,every damn person in this class should leave. We the Emeralds want to talk. Be fast about that.

Everyone leaves the classroom.
