I woke up with crippling pain all over my body. My stomach aches and keeps wrenching, every muscle in my body felt stained. My tongue felt like sandpaper, my throat just as rough. Suddenly I sat up, we’d been in Luke’s office on the third floor. That is not where we are now! I looked over to see the sun streaming in through the beautiful floor length curtains alternating orange and yellow. The natural wood showing through on the floor, sunlight reflecting warmly. And I was in bed between my mates, they weren’t cuddled against me as they usually were. I frowned but it did give me the chance to go to the bathroom. I’d be taking this opportunity!
