I’d been looking up the Brennan tree for hours. There was absolutely no indication of the craft as far back as I could find. Then again, I could have the wrong line. So I got the bright idea to look up Rennie’s mom’s name instead. Only to find there is nothing about Lillian Rose Brennan, anywhere. Assuming she changed her name after getting away from her father, which would make sense if she was trying to hide. I started cross referencing the information I’d come across.
There wasn’t much. But one thing that did stick out was Rennie’s mother said her family had settled in Kilkenny in the 13th century. Since then it is very possible that the Brennan name had changed many times. So I checked for other possible surnames, O’Braonain.
