Stephen watched after Anna and didn't relax until he heard the bedroom door close. He smiled and continued to eat the food she had given to him. She always seemed to be able to read his thoughts, knowing what he needed. As he was getting up to refill his drink, he saw Rosie enter.
"Hi Rosie," he said going back to finish his food.
Rosie stared at him, "You call her Luna, but you call me Rosie, Why?"
He laughed and took another bite,
She stared at him annoyed,
Shrugging, "Because it annoys her," he said taking another drink.
"You're always with her," she said annoyed.
"I'm her personal guard," he said laughing, "Of course I am with her. Would you like me to make you something to eat?" he asked looking at her.
Rosie nodded, Stephen laughed and went to the fridge, gathering ingredients.
"How about an omelet?"
"Sounds good," Rosie said watching him.
Stephen hummed as he started chopping up the ingredients. In no time, he had everything in the frying pan. Then he threw some bread into the toaster. A few minutes later, a beautiful meal was on a plate in front of her.
"Enjoy," he said with a smile as he cleaned up his own plate and glass, putting them into the sink and washing them along with the ones he just used.
"Thanks, this is so good," she said eating some of everything on the plate.
Stephen smiled at her, "I'm glad you like it."
Vincent came out and Stephen placed an identical plate in front of him.
"How did you know that I would be awake?" Vincent asked.
"Heard you coming," Stephen said laughing. "Perks of super hearing."
Vincent laughed, "Thanks."
"Enjoy you two, I am heading for bed," Stephen said going to his room.
Once he was gone, Rosie looked at Vincent. "Why does she have her own personal guard but I don't?"
"Rosie, Anna was abducted, Victor is trying to make her feel safe. You understand that right?" Vincent said studying her face. "Stephan has always been her friend, You're not jealous are you?"
"No, Maybe," she said looking away.
"It's not her fault, they have always had so much in common." Vincent reminded her.
"Yeah, I know."
They both finished their food and Vincent said, "Let's get to bed, we can get some baby stuff in the morning."
"Ok," she said smiling.
When Anna woke up again, the sun was just rising. Victor's arms were snugly around her, as she felt him stir, she smiled.
"Victor are you really ok with all this?" Anna asked worriedly.
"Anna, I told you before, I can't wait for you to start having our pups."
"But,"
"It's going to be fine. I can't wait for these two, to be born."
"Are you sure?" she asked.
"I am. Now, get ready, we have a lot of shopping to do."
Anna laughed, "I do like to shop."
Entering the mall, many pack members were excited to see the Alpha couples. They quickly moved to allow them to pass, eyes lighting up with excitement. Rosie was very obviously close to having the next heir. Since Anna had returned from her abduction, no one had seen her. Many looked on in aww, The only difference that could be noted in the identical twin couples was the baby bump on Rosie.
Walking into the maternity shop, Victor took Anna over to a salesgirl. "She will need clothes for her entire pregnancy. Can you take care of that?"
"Of course, let me help you, Luna," she said smiling and helping her to a changing room with arms full of clothes. "Just let me know which styles you prefer."
Victor started looking around and grabbed a few items, he handed them to the salesgirl. She smiled at him and brought them over to the register as he continued to look around. After selecting a few more, he went to a chair outside the fitting room.
Anna opened the door and looked around quickly, seeing Victor she asked, "Do you like this?"
"Yes, you look beautiful," he said with a smile.
"I don't know if I want dresses or pants."
"I am a huge fan of that dress, it shows those tone legs," he said looking her over.
Rosie came out of another dressing room. She looked around and saw Vincent staring out into space, "Vincent?" she said walking up to him. "Vincent?"
Snapping out of his daze, "That looks great on you." he said smiling. Turning slightly he saw Anna. He looked from one to the other. "You two picked the same dress." He said laughing. "You both look great."
"Room to grow," Victor said motioning to Rosie. "Perfect."
Rosie smiled looking down at her stomach. "I don't need too many, I will deliver soon."
"Oh, Luna, we carry clothes for after the baby too. I will get you some." The salesgirls said hurrying to grab more items.
Several girls continued to grab items and went to each of the dressing rooms to get approval from the girls and then to the register. They were careful to keep the items sorted for each Luna. Anna changed into several more outfits, Victor thought she looked amazing in them all.
Looking at the salesgirl, "She will take them all."
"Of course Alpha, send them to your house?" she asked quickly.
"Yes, charge my account," he said, "Anna wear that one, it looks great on you."
