As soon as they saw the pups, Kylie smiled. The giggles that erupted from them was so magical.
"Come to mama," Kylie said picking them up.
"What am I chopped liver?" Jason asked acting crushed.
"Of course not," Kylie answered smiling at him. "But their kisses, heal my heart."
Griffin smiled watching them. He was leaning against the door frame.
Jason walked over and handed Skye to him, "Daddy missed you, too."
Griffin grinned at her, "Yes, I did."
Her bright eyes twinkled as she giggled, grabbing his cheek.
Kylie looked on as both of them twirled and danced with the girls around the room.
"Beautiful," Sven remarked.
"Yes, they really are something to watch." Kylie agreed. "How about you all keep playing with my babies while I go check on Brandon?"
"Of course," Jason said looking at her. "Yell if you need me."
Kylie nodded and kissed the babies before she went to check on him. Kylie went down the hall and stopped by the guest room. She heard some mumbling, so she knocked.
"Come in." she heard and opened the door to reveal Brandon helping Kitty to the bathroom.
"How are you?" Kylie asked smiling at Kitty.
"Thank you, I don't know what else to say or do," Kitty said her eyes locked on Kylie.
"You don't have to say anything," Kylie said with a smile.
"Of course I do, whatever you did, just thank you," Kitty responded.
"Let me help her," Kylie said taking Kitty's arm.
Brandon looked between the two and agreed, he leaned forward and kissed his mother's forehead and then Kylie's.
"Go, the boys are in the nursery with the babies. They need your help." Kylie told him.
He smiled and looked at the two women. "I love you both," he said.
"I love you, Brandon," Kitty said weakly as Kylie turned the water on in the tub.
Brandon looked at Kylie. "Go, she needs a bath." he turned and headed for the bedroom door as she heard, "I love you Brandon." and a huge grin spread across his face.
Kylie helped Kitty get into the bathroom and then the tub. She made sure that she had everything that she would need before heading to the door.
"Please stay and talk to me." Kitty suddenly said.
"Of course," Kylie responded going to the countertop and sitting down.
"How do you feel?" Kylie questioned, "Are you in pain?"
"I feel free," Kitty said with a smile. "Thank you so much."
"Do you know what you want to do now?" She asked.
"I-I hadn't thought about that," she admitted.
"Hadn't thought about it?" Kylie asked.
"I haven't been allowed to make any decisions about my life since Jackson found me," she admitted thinking back.
"Do you want to return to your pack?" Kylie questioned.
"I can't go back to his pack," she answered out immediately.
"I know, I knew you wouldn't want to, but I meant the pack where you were born," Kylie responded.
"I don't know," Kitty said thinking. "I haven't been allowed to visit since we got married. I don't know if they would let me."
"We will figure it all out, let's get you to bed," Kylie said with a smile.
She helped Kitty get dressed and into the bed.
"Thank you for everything," Kitty said as she cuddled into the blankets, a smile on her face.
"I just hope you are happy," Kylie said with a smile as she closed the door.
