“What happened to Eric?”
Liam was back from his trip, the Pack’s severe condition startled him. Only Luna and Charlotte were allowed outside the Intensive Care Unit, Liam joined them as Eric’s only bosom buddy.
“Eric is poisoned! Matthew is investigating the premises.”
Luna replied his query shortly. Charlotte was silent, too numb to speak or react. She used to believe that the mate-bond between them was just a suggestion or a choice but now, shared feelings of throbbing pain astounded her.
The connection between their souls was inevitable, binding them together for good.
“We have washed Alpha’s stomach but next twenty four hours are critical for him.”
Head doctor informed them, his grave expressions were not implying any good.
“Stay with my Eric, he will heal faster.”
