ELENA POV
I sighed for the untempth time as it replayed in my head that Andrian's parents actually left me alone with him.
It's not their fault though. They don't know their son is no different from a monster now and I can't stop them from going on a vacation.
An eerie feeling settled in my stomach. I just have a bad feeling and I can't tell if something bad is really going to happen or maybe because I no longer feel safe with Andrian.
I shook my head and proceeded to clean the pool area.
"Elena! Where the f**k are you?!" I heard Andrian shout
I rolled my eyes. He probably wants to cause trouble again. Hopefully, it's something I can handle.
I heard the door slid open, followed by his irritating voice. He grabbed my arm roughly and spun me around so I was facing him.
"You really have some nerve to ignore me when I call you, huh?" He seethed
I didn't say a word but just stared at him. Where's this anger coming from?
Not now Elena, there's no need making excuses for him or doubting his true character. This is who he is and I accept it.
"I apologize Mister Andrian, I spaced out," I pleaded with my head hung low.
He scoffed and pushed me away and dusted his hand. A bitter smile tugged on my lips, I'm nothing but a trash to him.
Andrian shoved his hands in his pocket and wore a proud smirk. "I'm hosting a party this evening. Prepare everything needed. I'll make you suffer if you make any mistake," he sneered
My eyes widened at the new information. He's hosting a party. It's been years since he last did it and wait... I have to do everything alone?
"Alright sir. When will the others arrive? I mean the party planners, as well as chefs?" I asked in a low voice
He bursted out in laughter. I furrowed my brows. Did I say something funny?
He walked closer and I stepped back, still he didn't stop. Unfortunately, I fell into the pool.
I struggled to remain afloat, else I can't trust Andrian with my life.
I gasped, my mouth wide open to take in more air and then wiped the water off my face. I swam to the edge and held the railing.
He stooped low and locked eyes with mine, "you will do all the work alone. I don't see a reason for me to waste money on hiring extra help when you're here," he shrugged.
He brought his hand to my face and removed the wet hair. Again, his eyes softened. "So lousy and weak." Andrian added.
As if it stuck him, he walked away immediately, not sparing me another glance. He doesn't have to pretend to care.
Few hours later, I was preparing snacks for the party. My eyes were droopy, my feet hurt and I fear, I might faint at anytime.
I've been working non-stop around the clock.
Guests started arriving and they were not considerate at all. Not like I expect them to. The music was blaring. Thankfully, no neighbors were around.
"Refill my glass," one blonde snickered
"What's wrong with you? Where's the snack I asked for?" A guy smacked the back of my head
"I heard that servant did the decoration, it's so ugly,"
Mean comments went on but I continued my duty. I can't get into trouble with any of them. Endure Elena, just bear with it for now.
I headed back inside to fetch more snacks and drinks, when i slipped on scattered dry nuts on the floor and fell with a hard thud.
Their laughter filled the hair. I probably broke a bone. I stood up anyways and looked at them but diverted my gaze.
"She look so cheap. A slave will always be a slave," Bri chuckled.
Right, I was wondering where she's been all this time.
Andrian suddenly appeared, his eyes filled with disdain. He clinked his glass with a knife.
"Attention everyone, the highlight of the party is about to start," he announced
I was about to leave, when he spoke up, "where do you think you are going? Stay and enjoy this moment," he beamed.
Something was wrong. I could feel it in my gut. I stood at a corner but no one wanted to stay close to me so they pushed me to the center.
"So after careful consideration, the Harrison family have decided to revoke Elena Carter's scholarship," he grinned and his minions cheered
My legs wobbled, my heartbeat quickened. My head felt foggy.
What did he just say? Maybe I heard it wrong. I shook my head. Impossible! He can't do this to me.
"Wha.. what did you say, Andrian?" My eyes squinted, still focused on him.
Bri's annoying voice came up. "Are you deaf? He said..."
"Just the f**k up!" I screamed, earning few gasps from the other idiots.
"Repeat what you said earlier" I demanded in a low voice
Did Mr & Mrs Harrison really decide this? They seemed cool with me before they left for Greece.
Andrian sighed, his eyes dripping mockery. "You've always been dumb buy don't worry I'll say it again," he said and stood few inches away from me
"You're no longer a beneficiary of the Harrison scholarship. I know what you're thinking.. my parents still under your spell, so they don't see the real you but I do," he added
"So, I revoked it on their behalf. The principal quickly complied because she thought, it was the email was really from my parents," he laughed like am maniac.
I staggered back and clutched onto my head as a terrible migraine slammed me. My chest tightened.
"Why? Why Andrian!!" I screamed as tears flowed freely from my eyes. Everywhere was spinning. Their sinister voices filled my head.
Without wasting another second, I ran out the house. My heart was heavy, my vision blurred by tears.
Why would he do that to me? Do I really deserve that?
I ran to the end of the garden and sat there as I sobbed harder and buried my face in my hands.
The garden was dark and free of their filth. I stayed there for some time when I felt a presence behind me.
I stood up immediately and turned around. It was strange looking guy. He didn't look drunk or lost. There was something off about his aura.
"Hello Elena," his voice was groggy. His smile was nerve wracking.
"How do you know me?" I wiped my tears and stood far away from him
"Why wouldn't I know you? It's impossible not to notice you. Besides, Andrian and I are close"
I ignored him and tried to walk away but he pulled me back. He pressed my crotch on my butt.
What the hell? My eyes widened. I fought hard and gasped for air.
He then pushed me on the floor and widened my legs. I wailed but no one came to rescue me.
I hit his chest repeatedly but I was no match for him.
Is this how I'll lose my virginity to a monster.
