Chloe Kelly wanted to immediately prepare for the ball, after all—she simply had to look her best. Her cousin wanted her to join him to the ball. It was something that he managed to twist his grandfather’s arm for. She could appreciate his thoughtful gesture… but she’d like to think that he needed her there. Did the guy even know his cutlery?
