I’ve always had a crush on Ares, it’s not a hidden fact. However, after he’d found his mate, I thought leaving would be the best choice. It pained me sure enough, because it’s difficult to see someone you love with someone else but I was happy for him as well, at least, he found his mate.
Who would’ve thought, years later that we’d end up as mates? That I would be his second chance mate after he and Aubery had gone their separate ways? I understand their reasons, and deep down, I can’t help but feel as though we were meant to be from the beginning.
I know I’ve hesitating before, but there shouldn’t be any reason why we’d delay the mating ceremony anymore, there’s nothing stopping us. I know we have a lot ahead of us, but I know we’d handle it better if we are together as one
