Ares’s oath, I know he meant every bit of it. But, I still can’t bring myself to place any trust in him or anyone else.
So, I didn’t tell him about the curse or about Agatha, and I doubt Derek or Aubery did as well. From what they told me, they wanted me to be the one to break the news to him given its importance. But, I couldn’t.
I wanted to, in a way, I do understand the gravity of the curse as they claim it is, and to meet this witch, this Agatha, I understood the importance and the key role Ares plays. If it was some other situation, perhaps, in the past way before everything went down, I would be eager to seek for his help, knowing he’d aid in any way I need.
