I felt as though I was dragged into the deepest pits of the lake, my body submerging deep and the air in my lungs slowly getting knocked out entirely till I started to feel lightheaded yet again—the events of everything leading me up to the position leaving me an exhausted mess.
The drowning action continued for a while, before it suddenly stopped with a halt, and it felt as though the whole world was put on halt. Then, I felt I was no longer under water, but in a warm place—only this time around, my body didn’t feel as though it’s burning.
