14 English had never struggled to focus when there was a computer in front of him. It was as basic as breathing. But he’d never known the magnetic pull of Caitlyn Powers either. Every few minutes, he glanced up at her. She sat across the room, reading a book from the overstuffed shelf next to the TV.
