ON the way to the City of Gold Monbamna, there were no storms. But the wind was blowing briskly and rocking Bankaff’s prowler vehicle so much that Bobby’s body almost fell off. I grabbed Bobby’s body and was able to keep it from falling. To do that, however, I had to move out of the passenger seat and into the back so I could hold on to Bobby’s body. “It won’t be much longer, Michael. We will be there soon,” Bankaff said loudly so I could hear him because the wind was blowing so intensely.
