A smile spread across my face as I stared at her beautiful face. She had fallen asleep in my arms under the stars, and I had to carry her back into the cabin, laying her peacefully on the bed. As I covered her up and turned to leave, she grabbed my hand.
"Please stay," she muttered, her eyes still closed but half awake. "I want you to sleep beside me; the couch will be too small for you," she told me.
"All right," I replied and lay beside her. "Don't regret this tomorrow,' I told her, and she nodded in response. As I lay beside her, I placed my hand on her face and caressed it gently. "now, sleep," I muttered.
